Great Getaway

The condo was great - pictures on website are accurate. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Best part was being a few steps away from the Gulf! Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Psalms.

The property was so nice and had a great view of the ocean from the room. I have two suggestions: (1) please disclose that construction is taking place next to the property, and (2) ensure other “neighbors” adhere to the same motto of “be kind to your neighbors”. We were disturbed multiple times throughout the stay due to very noisy and boisterous behavior upstairs in A10. The stomping was constant from 6:00am until 9:00pm each day. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

The condo was wonderful. Decorated lovely & had plenty of amenities. Construction is still going & the parking lot was pretty full so it was tough to find a spot. The actual condo was fantastic though.

Nothing Short of Amazing!!!

This property caught my eye with the location and amazing interior. We have been coming to 30A for many years and this was hands down our most easy, enjoyable vacation yet and it’s all thanks to this rental! It was beautiful, clean, directly on the beach, and came with more than everything you need for a comfortable stay. I have 0 complaints. The property manager is also great and responsive to any questions and so helpful! We cannot wait to stay here again and will recommend it to all our friends and family.

A stylish, cozy one-bedroom condo on the water with great access to the beach. The view from the first floor units in A could be improved by trimming the vegetation down just a bit. Two bathrooms were very convenient for my husband and myself. Plenty of room for a couple. You might want to mention that there is construction going on right next door to the Psalms.

What a vibe

Loved this cutie little place! We walked in after a long 13.5 hour drive and the lights were on and set to a nice mood (most have dimmers), the tv had the cute fireplace mode on, and it instantly felt like home! There was even a bottle of bubbly waiting on the counter for us which was a really nice touch. The decor was what drew me to this property because it's so much like my home! I would love to find out who the cabinets are made by as it's exactly what I am looking for so feel free to message me that info ;) The location is fantastic as well for those who want to explore all 30a has to offer!

Beautiful inside and out - calming, peaceful, just literally steps out of your glass door and down the steps to the beach. The sound of the waves makes it all better. Quiet community. Maybe we have found our favorite beach grtaway?

Amazing condowith the BEST location

I booked this trip with high expectations because it was my daughter’s first trip to the beach and this little slice of heaven far exceeded those!! I cannot say enough good things about this place. The vibes are amazing the second you walk in and in our opinion you cannot beat the location. The condo has everything you will need minus beach chairs and things of that nature, but the property manager gave me a name of Beach Chairs 4 U and they set up chairs and umbrellas for you daily! If you are looking for a place to stay, book this condo. It’s super clean and perfect for a small family. We will hopefully be booking again!

Exceptional Unit and Experience

Property management company was fantastic. Unit was exceptional. Super impressed. High end design and finishes, with all you need in space. Main level location makes it an ease to walk in and out for luggage and the beach.

Amazing condo and location

We loved everything about this condo and location. The condo is stunning inside. The beds Are so comfortable as well as the bedding. Extremely clean! The location is amazing and so convenient for the beach. Can't wait to come back and stay. Nancy was amazing answering all my questions.
