This is the second time staying in this condo building. It is so convenient to Goatfeathers, Publix, Restaurants and of course the beach! We love staying on 30A. This condo has recently been remodeled and is very pretty, comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. There is a spectacular view from the porch!

We did want to mention that the unit is equipped with a coffee maker; there is a black Keurig-style single-serve machine located on the counter next to the sink. Most of our units come with either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig, and if there is ever an issue with the one provided, we are always happy to bring a replacement as long as we have one in stock. We truly appreciate your suggestion and will continue making sure all coffee setups are easy to find and ready to use for future guests. Beautiful and Quiet Spot

We had a terrific stay. It was both cozy and modern with an incredible porch view of the beach which was literally a stone's throw away. Loved the kitchen too. Also cold AC and comfortable master bed! Would definitely come back!

We love staying at The Palms. The location is unbeatable! We always stay in one of the two beachfront buildings for the amazing view. This unit is beautifully decorated and furnished. The furniture and beds (King and bunks) are very comfortable. Only wish was that the bunks had an electrical outlet so my daughter could plug her phone in to charge (she uses it as a sound machine at night). We will book this unit again next year!

The view from the condo was amazing. The property was clean, decorated beautifully, beachy vibes all the way. Comfortable bed. A little disappointed the listing said there was a coffee pot, there was not. Only a Kuerig and no pods for it. Luckily, location was good with a few coffee shops in walking distance.As far as dishes, the kitchen had everything you could need. That being said, this is the first VRBO that I have stayed in that did not even have salt and pepper stocked. When it comes to essentials, bring your own. They do list that they do not provide much and that is true. Maintenance-wise, property was in good great condition for a Florida condo.My biggest compliant was the management company. They offered early check in via text message. I was supposed to give a 15 minute heads up of my arrival time. I did requesting check in at 2 instead of 4, no response, messaged an hour later, still nothing. Called in-between that to get busy signals, answering machine, etc. Did leave a message, nothing. Finally, after my 7th attempt, I was able to reach someone who promptly helped me. I was able to get into the property a few minutes prior to 3. Then at 4:53 received a call and text finally responding to my initial messages sent at 1:39 and 2:34 pm. I understand being busy but understaffed for spring break weekend seemed more like the issue. Overall the condo was wonderful but I would think twice before renting a property from Bechmark Management.

Gorgeous view

Palms C7 was one of the best condos my family has ever stayed at. The view from the 2nd floor is stunning and the access to the beach is so convenient. Facilities are super clean and well manicured. Very impressed!!

Beautiful beach view and location

Perfect size condo for 2 of us. Large living to open kitchen. Condo updated with whites, neutrals and beach vibes. Enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the master bed mattress. It’s sinking in the middle. Needs to be replaced.
