Villa la Estancia, Piso alto con excelente vista al mar, frente a la playa de 5 estrellas,

Nuestra villa está ubicada en el atractivo edificio uno con una excelente vista de Land’s End. Está en el quinto piso cerca del océano (4 unidades atrás) y se ha actualizado con un nuevo paquete de muebles y superficies de cocina. Nuestro condominio está ubicado en Villa la Estancia en la playa Medano, la única playa segura para nadar en el área. Disfruta de una experiencia de resort con todas las comodidades mientras disfrutas de la comodidad de una villa espaciosa y privada con un amplio balcón cómodo y vistas impresionantes del océano y Land's End.

Esta unidad de dos dormitorios / tres baños incluye una cocina moderna con encimeras de granito, una barra de desayuno, todos los electrodomésticos, una sala de lavandería con lavadora y secadora y un fregadero. El salón cuenta con una gran mesa de comedor, sofá cama, sillas y TV de pantalla plana.
Esta área también cuenta con un baño completo para los huéspedes que usan el sofá cama.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, una sala de estar con sofá y mesa, armario y TV. Acceda al amplio balcón desde aquí y desde la sala de estar y el segundo dormitorio separado.

El baño principal tiene bañera de hidromasaje, ducha separada, dos lavabos, área de tocador y un gran armario con caja fuerte.

El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen, armario con TV y un área de escritorio. El baño tiene bañera de hidromasaje, lavabo, tocador, ducha y amplio armario.

El balcón del quinto piso (mi espacio favorito), tiene una vista increíble del océano y las piscinas. Se completa con una mesa y sillas en el patio, una barra de refrigerador y fregadero y dos sillones acolchados muy cómodos (¡muy tentador para dormir allí!)

Pasee por la playa hasta la ciudad o pasee en la otra dirección y ¡sumérjase en un paraíso tranquilo y desierto!

Hay seguridad las 24 horas, aunque nunca nos hemos sentido inseguros fuera de la propiedad caminando por la playa o por el puerto deportivo (grandes compras, por cierto) o en la ciudad. Disfrutará de muchos restaurantes fabulosos en la ciudad, estaremos encantados de proporcionarle una lista de nuestros favoritos si lo desea.

Las piscinas son grandes, con un bar en la piscina, abundantes sillones donde puedes disfrutar de bebidas y servicio de comida a menos que también prefieras tu sillón en el servicio de arena. El restaurante junto a la piscina ofrece excelentes desayunos y almuerzos, o tal vez se detuvo en el cercano Costco u otras tiendas de comestibles y está cenando en su balcón.

Our family enjoyed our stay at La Estancia very much. The hosts, concierge and staff were consistently friendly and responsive throughout. The Unit had a functional layout; providing multiple places to gather. The spacious balcony had a beautiful view of the property, pool and beach, in addition to the dramatic rocky formation where the Arch is (although not seen from this property). The property had a pretty landscape, and pool with nice amenities near by. We loved having the beach close to the Unit with staff setting up chairs and umbrellas. It was very relaxing. We will definitely go back.

Excellent Property good location

The grounds were perfect. The unit was well maintained with a great view. The unit felt very safe and the staff was great. I will be booking again very soon. The bar was set very high after the stay!! Wife and friends were very happy!

Vacation 2024

Great property for families. Clean, near town, and the marina. Very quiet. Although the property is cashless and has no atms you do need cash for most taxis, fishing excursion and ATVs if you decide to do them. A kitchen fully stocked to cook.

A very nice unit

The rooms were great. The ancillary meals and drinks are so over priced. The pool is great. It does require a bit to go to other activities. A mile walk to Office etc. Overall a good time.

The PERFECT place for your Cabo Vacation!

We just got back from an amazing stay in this unit. We've stayed at this property before, this particular unit has an AMAZING view off the large balcony! The unit is massive and perfect for families. We had teens with us and they loved having their own room that was separated from the main area. The unit has nice furnishings and a great kitchen with everything you could need. It also has a washer/dryer which we love on vacation. The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. Close to Medano beach (easy walk to The Office, our favorite) but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet as well. There are also lots of activities available right down the beach from the hotel (our teens went jet skiing). The resort has great restauants on site, a nice gym and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. The staff at the hotel is also absolutely wonderful (literally everyone we encountered). You can easily get to the 2 sister resorts on either side and enjoy a nightly show or dinner. We had a spectacular time! I will most definitely be booking this unit again next time we go to Cabo!

Great location

Stayed here with friends. Great building location and views. Very quiet. You enter through the main door and then into separate sides. The Primary suite has the bedroom and living areas attached. The secondary bedroom is its own entrance and is not attached to the living area. This was great for having adults as you each have your own space. If you had young children you may not feel as comfortable having the separation but really not an issue unless they are really young. Well maintained and comfortable furniture. Outside area was also nice. We didn’t use it but it does have a propane grill outside and and outdoor fridge. The only thing that would have been nice is to provide some laundry soap and maybe a roll of paper towels. It’s cashless on the property but you’ll want some smaller bills for the taxis. Overall great stay and location. Would recommend.

Best Villa in Cabo!

Seriously one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in! The place is just stunning, super clean, and very spacious. We went as a family of 4 with 2 teenage girls so it was so nice for them to have their own entrance and space! The master bedroom is so beautiful with a very large bathroom. And the views from all the rooms off the balcony are to die for! Great location too. About 10 min walk to town. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Relaxing getaway

Villa Estancia exceeded our expectations. Very clean, nice location in swimmable beach, tranquil vibe, great taco bar. A couple of surprises such as cleaning every other day (rather than daily) and no BBQ utensils included were minir inconveniences. Would stay here again.

Gorgeous view in Cabo

Great condo. First stay in Cabo and location ideal. Condo beautiful and upscale. Property is similar to high end resort. Loved that there were so many amenities on the property. Service excellent. Condo absolutely gorgeous, spacious and view amazing. Had everything we needed and more than expected. Although busy Christmas week never felt over crowded. Family Vacation

This resort is absolutely beautiful! Traveled from the USA for a week stay in Cabo San Lucas, our first visit. The condo makes a statement the second you approach the gated door leading into the two suites. We took the recommendations of others and stopped at Walmart prior to check-in. Anything else we just picked up at the onsite market. We loved that it was not crowded, not a party scene, and had great security. The beach is easily accessible with only a 5 minute walk. The condo has every amenity you need and the kitchen is fully stocked. We were a group of family and friends; and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Five Days at the Villa

Fantastic Villa at a Fantastic Resort. More than happy.

Our family of seven stayed for one week and we loved every bit of it. There really wasn't anything to be disappointed about. In fact, we were all impressed over and over again with the condo and the resort. First, the condo has all you need for your stay. Plenty of room to stretch out, no one is on top of each other. A very large patio with an amazing view overlooking the pool from five floors up! The condo was clean and neat and everything worked as expected. We did most of our cooking in the condo, as we stopped at the SuperWalmart on our way from the airport get our groceries, which is very close to Villa la Estancia, and you can find plenty of extra items at the on-site store. Most of our stay we were on site sitting at the pool and enjoying the swim-up bar or the great poolside service. Overall, we were very impressed with how well they keep the grounds and buildings up. We noticed constant cleaning everywhere. It was nice to see how well it all looked and how pleasant every member of the staff was. We had a breakfast at La Casona, the onsite restaurant. Excellent food and presentation. Once again we were impressed. We hope to return to Villa la Estancia and stay here again. The pictures do not do it justice!

Luxury stay in Cabo

We were blown away by how nice this place was. From the views to the size of the room, the food, and the location, everything was perfect. The property owners were also great to work with. I highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit this location again.

Amazing stay

The owner answered several emails with questions before our trip like, can I drive there? Where can we eat? And she answered immediately. Place is amazing and don’t feel like the pics show how beautiful it is! In person is. 100 times better than the pics. Views are breathtaking. And the rooms and beds are huge, and super comfortable. . Do not hesitate to stay here! You won’t regrets it!

We are a family of five (seven if you count dogs) from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We have long, extremely long, cold winters that are crazy busy with hockey, synchronized swimming, indoor soccer, cubs.... We are both in the dental field. Villa la Estancia is the perfect paradise for us.

We choose Cabo San Lucas because we appreciate the dependable weather and the variety of activities. It is easy to get to, we can leave home in the morning and be on the beach in the afternoon. The gym is great (very important), I love a beach massage ($20!!), and the food and shopping are spectacular. We find it to be the perfect balance of lots to do or just enjoy the beach and pool. We are delighted that the condo is so large that we have more than enough room to de-stress and you can't beat the value. We look forward to one day being able to spend weeks at a time here.

Our villa is located in desirable building one with a great view of Land's End. It is on the fifth floor close to the ocean and has been recently upgraded with a new furniture package and kitchen surfaces.
