*1920 square foot home two story house located across the street from pickleball/tennis courts, Bellevue Park and Swimming Pool.
*Sleeps 8, three bedrooms each with king size beds, one bedroom also has a set of bunk beds, 5 flat screen televisions

*Carillon is a private, gated community located south of Highway 98, close to 30A
*Three minute drive to Publix, Aldi (opening February 19th), CVS, and restaurants.
*2024 Six seat golf cart available at an additional cost $700 for the week ($100 daily rate during off season.) This is a substantial savings to our guests and offers the convenience of having the golf cart ready at the house for our licensed, qualified guests. For additional details, please send a message.
Please note that during the peak season of March 1st to October 31st, Saturday to Saturday bookings are required.

Come and enjoy our beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house in the quiet, quaint community of Carillon Beach, a "Village by the Sea" located along the incomparable, pristine Emerald Coast of north Florida. The family friendly community of Carillon Beach is quiet, relaxing and never crowded. Zuzu's Petals is a 4 minute walk to the beach with no highways to cross and is just steps from Bellview Park where you'll find, tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court, an expansive lawn with a playground and one of Carillon's three pools which is heated during the cooler months. In addition to Bellview Park, there are two other swimming pools. The gated community of Carillon is charming and walkable with a centrally located bell tower that chimes on the hour. A relaxing walk along the camellia lined Promenade leads to restaurants, a gift shop, a spa and to the community chapel that welcomes worshippers on Sunday morning.
When entering Zuzu's Petals through the French doors, guests will sense the quality of this bright and cheery beach house. The open floor plan is furnished with a large comfortable sectional sofa and two chairs. A large flat screen smart television, board games and an assortment of books are located in the buffet for your enjoyment.
The kitchen has granite countertops and is equipped with stainless steel appliances. The bay window over the kitchen sink allows sunlight in to brighten the work area. The kitchen has all the utensils the cook needs for creating great meals for family and guests. There are shutters on every window to provide privacy and light control keeping the home cool and comfortable. The dining area has a large table that seats eight. Additional al fresco dining is located on the spacious front porch.
Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a king sized bed. The downstairs bedroom has access to a bathroom with a walk in shower. The master bedroom upstairs has an attached bathroom with a spa-worthy soaking tub along with a walk in shower. Pocket doors divide the upstairs master bedroom from a second living area furnished with a love seat and flat screen television. Double French doors in the master bedroom and the sitting room open to the spacious porch on the second floor which is furnished with two loungers for relaxing. The third bedroom has a king sized bed and a set of twin bunks, a flat screen tv, a designated work space and ensuite bath with a walk in shower.
Outdoor spaces included two spacious porches and a cozy patio.
Some other highlights include a full sized washer and dryer located on the second floor, two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. For our guests with children, we have a portable crib, high chair that attaches to the table, plates and cups.
Area attractions include Pier Park for shopping, dining and entertainment (Top Golf opening Summer '25), Pirates Voyage dinner show, Frank Brown Park for covered playgrounds, Camp Helen State Park for hiking and fishing, and Highway 30A for shopping and dining is 3 miles away. Publix, Aldi and CVS are all less than 3 minutes away by car.
Our goal is to provide our guests with a memorable, relaxing vacation so that you'll want to return year after year. It is truly a remarkable house and neighborhood.
Beginning May 1, 2024, the Carillon Homeowners Association implemented a new security measure that will enhance the safety of our community and have the added benefit of making the check in procedure at the gate work more smoothly.
Guests who have made a reservation will receive an email and/or text message approximately 1 week before their arrival date with a link to Symliv, the company responsible for our security upgrades. The guest will be prompted to register the name of their designated driver and the make/model of their vehicle. There is a fee of $35.00 per car. Once the fee is paid, the guest will receive a QR code and will be prompted to view a short video about the Carillon community. A screenshot of your QR code or printed copy of the code will be necessary for a quick check in at the security gate.
When arriving at the Carillon entrance, guests will pull their vehicle into the left lane. A QR reader will be on the driver's side. Drivers will hold up their phone or printed copy of their QR code to the reader. The gate will promptly open. No need to check in with the security guard unless there is an issue. The smoother check in system helps to eliminate the long lines that can form on the popular check in days during the peak season.
Every car is required to have a separate QR code. The guest who has made the reservation is responsible for forwarding the Symliv link to any other guests who are driving separately.
Zuzu's Petals has parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle in the gravel space in front of the house.

After the second phase is rolled out, a QR code will be necessary to open the gates to the three swimming pools, tennis/pickleball courts and walkovers to the beach. This enhanced security will keep our facilities beautiful and ready for our guests.
