Large and newly remodeled 4bed/3bath Beach House with amazing outdoor areas, jetted spa, and sauna. Located just .2 miles (5 minute walk) from Santa Barbara's beautiful beaches & parks. Very spacious home with high ceilings and open floor plan. Outdoor area includes large deck, Pergola, lounge chairs, firepit, outdoor dining w/ BBQ, jetted spa. Smart TV in every room. Located 2 miles from Downtown & just a short stroll to Santa Barbara's favorite beach. Beach cruiser bikes on site. Pet friendly! ($250 pet fee).

KITCHEN
Designer kitchen equipped with 36" six-burner Gas Range, VIKING fridge, and farmhouse sink. Newly remodeled to perfection. Large center island with waterfall quartz countertops and bar-style seating.

LIVING ROOM WITH SLEEPER SOFA
Stunning space with high vaulted ceilings, large 65" Smart TV and a regal 100 year-old fireplace. Enjoy eye-popping furniture & décor including a 15 ft barn-door and 9-foot handmade custom glass mirror made from salvaged wood from the original home prior to the remodel.

DINING ROOM
Very spacious dining room with open floor plan that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and living room - perfect for entertaining. The incredible dining table is handmade from a beautiful antique door that was salvaged from the original home prior to the remodel.

4 BEDROOMS
Extremely comfortable (brand new) King & Queen mattresses from Sit & Sleep's luxury line. Enjoy memory foam pillows, luxury linens, and blackout shades to get the perfect night's sleep, plus AC for perfect temperature control.

3 FULL BATHROOMS
Newly remodeled bathrooms with marble floors, stunning tile work and plush luxury towels. Ensuite bathroom has a large freestanding soaking tub. Stacked with luxury amenities, we provide all the following complementary to each of our guests: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, makeup wipes, cotton swabs, tissues, wash clothes, abundant towels, body lotion, both liquid hand soap and bar soap, and hair dryers.

OUTDOOR SPACES
Large deck, lounge chairs, outdoor seating with firepit, outdoor dining w/ BBQ, and 4-person jetted spa - all set beneath string lights. The perfect get-away to soak up the beautiful Santa Barbara weather. An incredible stone rock-wall spans the entire South-side of the property while beautiful redwood fencing provides great privacy and seclusion.

THE AREA
Picturesque Santa Barbara location close to countless beaches, parks, restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, hiking trails, the Pier, and only 2 miles from Downtown Santa Barbara. Quick 5 minute walk to Leadbetter Beach and a 5 minute walk to Santa Barbara's favorite ocean view destination - Shoreline Park. Only a short drive to Hendry's Beach (incredible off-leash dog beach). Very short drive to the Douglas Preserve (the most amazing blufftop preserve with epic sunsets set it nature paradise). The perfect coastal get-away!

Santa Barbara Food and Wine Vacation

We were a group of 5 friends that traveled to Santa Barbara to enjoy amazing wines and delicious food.We attended the Santa Barbara Grand Wine Tasting and had a lovely time!The house was ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, and walking distance to the beach and even to downtown for those willing to trek a little farther.The house was very clean and well appointed. The decor enhanced the spaciousness as it was very open and airy with wonderful sky lights. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The bathrooms were also very clean and sample sized shampoo/conditioner/ and body wash were provided. Plenty of towels were available, especially beach towels to use after the hot tub and sauna use. And, we spent many enjoyable hours around the fire pit in the backyard. We didn’t use the gas BBQ that was provided, but we used the kitchen often, and found it well stocked with cookware, plates, utensils, etc.The property managers were very quick to respond to our need for a new propane tank, and the FAQ section in the listing was very helpful.A wonderful place for a memorable vacation!

We had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely perfect — close to everything we needed and in a great neighborhood. The house was spotless, comfortable, and incredibly well-equipped. The kitchen had every pot, pan, and utensil we could have needed, plus a generous selection of spices — and of course, salt and pepper!Each room had a beautiful TV, and the fireplace was a wonderful bonus that made the space feel extra cozy. Lance and Donna were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with — truly top-notch hosts.And we have to mention Ellie the cat, the friendly neighborhood companion. She was the sweetest cat we’ve ever met — she greeted us each day and often sat with me on the steps. It was a little unexpected joy that made the stay even more special.A first-class experience from start to finish. We’ll absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect for a girls trip

We are a group of 7 women from all parts of the country who have been friends for over 50 years. The house and location were perfect for exploring Santa Barbara! The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you could possibly need. When we told the host that the Keurig wasn’t working, a new one appeared on the front steps within an hour. The living room and dining areas allowed us to get comfy and enjoy each other with a nice warm fire in the fireplace. The beds and pillows were so comfortable . We loved it and couldn’t have asked for more. Great place to stay!

Beautiful house! Great location! Wonderful memories!

We came to Santa Barbara to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the living space was large and airy. We were even surprised to see a large ping-pong table folded up against the wall that we ended up using! That was a blast! The house was close to the beach and restaurants. We even rented a surrey and rode along the beach. I would highly recommend this rental and the communication with Lance was excellent! We even got to check in early!

Winter Family Getaway

The house is comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a fun family getaway. The decor is well done and it was fun to check out the little details. There are plenty of towels and supplies for your use. We loved the location and took walks around the neighborhood. There was ample space to play games and use the ping pong table. The kitchen items were clean and all in good repair with most anything you need to cook. One tiny downside were the steep steps to the front door, as grandpa is a little unsteady on his feet. Probably not an issue for most people. We highly recommend this home.

AMAZING house in an AMAZING location!!

We so enjoyed our time at this house!! It was perfect for our family with plenty of space to spread out and everything we needed for a comfortable and fun stay! This home is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood and is centrally located to all Santa Barbara has to offer. We especially appreciated that we could walk to see the sunset at a beautiful shoreline park! The sauna and hot tub were a perfect way to wind down after our adventures. To top it all off, the owner/property managers were great to work with and achieved the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive. 10/10!!!

House was very nice and in a nice neighborhood. Easy to walk to different areas. Beaches were beautiful! Had to reset breakers three times. Would be helpful if you have 8 staying to have 8 chairs table height to go around dining tables (folding chair or 2 would be fine).

Perfect SB Oasis

Short one night stay with my family before a courthouse wedding. This is a very special house that feels like an Oasis. So clean and comfortable plenty of space anything you could or would need is supplied. This was exactly what we needed to make our trip complete. If given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again .

Family fun in Santa Barbara

Great little spot very close to downtown! We enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and ocean. It was easy to access all the SB has to offer. The home was clean and spacious for our family of 5.

Bright and Beautiful!

Lance’s home is gorgeous! It feels beachy and airy with a large kitchen and high ceilings in the great room. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. His backyard is like a spa. Oh, and he has an indoor ping pong table! And, his home is pet friendly.💗

Girlfriend Retreat

This home is a gem in so many ways. Seven of us have met for annual retreats for over 25 years. We are very particular. The home exceeded our expectations. Open, up to date decor with plenty of comfortable seating, beautiful well appointed kitchen. Host did not skimp on towels, pillows & quality mattresses. Much like a 4 star hotel. All of us would rate this stay with 6 VRBO stars if possible. QUICK WALK TO BEACH makes the location ideal. Lance is a great communicator. Will be returning with my family.
