What a lovely place. I stayed there with my family. There was a total of 7 of us. Each floor had two bedrooms and two baths.Each unit had a generous shared space with a large kitchen, dinning area and living room.The bathrooms were clean with a modern Spanish feel.The back yard was large, there are two one car garages with plentiful beach amenities and a wagons to carry everything in. Lets not forget the location which was exactly what we had wanted. A 5 minute walk to the beach, state street and the wharf.

The property was great - we rented both units and it was a nice amount of together and apart (they are separated by an outdoor staircase). The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the beach supplies (wagon, cooler bag, chairs). Loved being within walking distance of State Street and the beach. There is a great promenade for running.

Perfect for 4 couples

Great spot within walking distance to everything in the area. Perfect for 4 couples with the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

Spotless and well appointed, this rental was among the best experiences we’ve ever had with rentals. Location was perfect. We walked everywhere and we felt so comfortable whenever we were at the rental duplex. Highly recommend theee 2 units.

truly truly gorgeous house in Santa Barbara.

absolutely zero complaints. So close to the beach and two State Street and two all kinds of things but also in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood.

Great place to stay for a family with a combined 4 bedrooms, all with king size beds. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Long driveway so room for multiple cars.

Friends Weekend Away

We were a group of 8 adults. We all loved this property! Location was excellent because we could walk to restaurants, wineries and the harbor. The house was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great location and space.

We loved this place. Back yard had fruit trees and was private. Our kids could walk to shops / downtown area safely.We used the beach path every day for walking and running.

Late July visit. Accommodations were perfect for our group of 7 including two boys, 10 and 13. Kitchen very well outfitted with cooking utensils. Rooms spacious with all necessary amenities. Wagons for beach equipment well stocked and greatly appreciated. Checkin instructions easy to follow. Apartments warm during the late afternoon ( air conditioners did help in living room) but cooled down in the evening with all windows and doors open, except for back bedroom which stayed warm. Living area and master bedroom had ceiling fans which were a great help. Easy walk to beach and numerous restaurants. Trash removal occurred much earlier (6:30 AM) than apartment guide indicated (8:00 - Noon). On street parking available when needed.

Perfect for an extended family stay

We stayed for 5 nights around the date of our daughter’s wedding. Renting the two units together worked quite well for our extended family. Separate kitchens and living space came in very handy for those on different schedules plus enough common space for all of us to gather as a whole. Well maintained and outfitted and an unbeatable location.

Santa Barbara Perfection

Our family-my husband, son, and fiancee in upper unit, and my mother in law, sister and brother in law and one daughter in lower unit. This could not have been a better place for us to stay! Location to town and the beach was outstanding, the units were outstanding, all the amenities from the coffee, tea, soaps, lotions, shampoos etc. all wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay for a week!

Santa Barbara Bliss

We had a wonderful vacation at the West Beach Villas. The villas are even more beautiful than they appear in the pictures and the location is perfect. The villas are well appointed with everything you might need. The keyless entry means no need for keys that might get lost and made vacationing with a group extra easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We walked to the beach, shopped and dined at several local restaurants that were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Perfect place for my family

The property is absolutely beautiful and 2 blocks to the beach. We rented both units (they are identical). Everything is very well thought out including Starbucks coffee. It was spotless when we arrived. The host answered all of my questions pre arrival very quickly. The check in and out processes were so easy. Highly recommended.

Family wedding

We are a family of 7 adults, in town for a family wedding. The townhouses at 216 Natoma were a perfect fit for our group. They were comfortable, colorful, clean, and close to town and beaches. Having two separate units allowed the younger set to hang out together. We loved the king sized beds, super showers, washers and dryers, coffee machines, and the truly lovely gardens. Thank you!

The place was very nice but please be aware there is no central AC. They list it in the fine print of the description which can be very easily overlooked.

Thank you for bringing this up. In our coastal beach city, A/C is something most properties do not have. We provide new high efficiency portable units that cool the property off very well if ever needed. Unfortunately each booking site has a different way of how it shows online and that is why we list it additionally that it has a portable unit. We were sorry to learn upon arrival that your group’s plans had changed and that you no longer needed the second villa. Because the request was made on the arrival date, it fell outside the reservation’s cancellation period, so we were unable to issue a refund for that portion of the stay. We were pleased to learn at checkout that you were able to enjoy both villas and their amenities. The villas are located in the beautiful West Beach neighborhood, within walking distance of the beach and many local favorites. Together, they offer two off-street parking spaces and a backyard area where guests can relax and spend time together. Haller Coastal Homes
