My friends and have I stayed at Alison's townhouse several times . This is our go to place when we are in Littleton. It is a wonderful place to stay. It is always super clean. There is everything you need for your stay in the house. From a well stocked kitchen, to soaps, tissues and fluffy towels. The beds are super comfortable and the home is so welcoming and comfortable. It is also only a block from main street in downtown Littleton. Easy to walk to the many shops and restaurants. We were there over the thanksgiving holiday and it was nice to walk to the many celebrations going on in downtown Littleton including the big Candlelight Christmas Parade. Check in is super easy and Alison is very prompt in answering any questions. We would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay there again.

This is one of the best homes I've rented. The best coffee bar around. It had all the bells and whistles. Very comfortable for 3 couples.

Fantastic property in a fabulous location

Just stayed at Alison's place in Littleton and it was fantastic! Beautiful property, had everything we needed for our stay, and located walking distance to downtown Littleton and all the quaint shops and restaurants it has to offer. Alison was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating for our group. I would highly recommend this property - you won't be disappointed.

We stayed at this townhome for 9 days in July. This was our second time staying here. We can't say enough good things about this place. It is beautifully maintained and decorated and super clean. You really feel so comfortable and at home! Alison the host is very easy to contact and answered any questions we had very quickly. The home is stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. It has a wonderful coffee and tea bar off the kitchen that was wonderful. We also enjoyed the expansive rooftop deck. It was beautiful to sit on the deck and relax. It has a nice table for dining as well as chairs for relaxing. We saw some beautiful sunsets up there. The townhome is only a block from Main St. in downtown Littleton which has many wonderful shops and restaurants. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown Littleton. We would definitely stay in this townhome again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Wedding weekend headquarters

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding weekend. The condo was perfectly located to hit all venues and host small groups arriving before the big event. Beautiful property and walking distance to downtown.

Absolutely the best

Everything about this place was phenomenal- from the ease of communication and check-in to the extras around the house. Easy walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend!

Son’s Wedding Weekend

The place was great! Lots of space, perfectly outfitted with anything you need, great location & beautifully decorated! It has lots of steps but even with an unexpectedly broken knee a couple days before arrival, I could not have been more pleased. Would 100% stay again!

This Rental Checks all the Marks!

This rental was perfect all the way around! The condo feels brand new, the kitchen was perfect, the coffee bar a big hit and the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms roomy and nicely decorated. Check in was easy and all the necessary information given. Would definitely recommend! 10/10

Perfect Littleton

This property was PERFECT! The host thought of every detail in design and amenities. We can’t say enough about the space and small details. It made our trip amazing. Best stay we’ve had and we use VRBO a lot. The location was walkable to downtown. We were in town for a wedding and this was the best place to camp out. We loved it!

Great weekend in Denver

Wonderful property. Great location and space. Clean and well appointed, nicely decorated with lots of room to spread out. Great for groups. Great location. Within walking distance of shopping and several restaurants and bars. Was a great home base as we explored Denver and went to a concert at Redrocks.

Location, Location, Location

Walk to everything Littleton - The unit is clean, bright, and spacious. Attached two-car garage Alison's communication was timely and complete, which made everything easy. A great place to stay in Littleton.

Wonderful Modern Townhouse in the Heart of Littleton

My 2 friends and I stayed at this townhouse for 11 days in July. We had an absolutely wonderful time. I was there to visit my grandkids who live close by and my girlfriends had family in the area also so we decided to have a girls getaway. Check in was very easy. The host Alison was easy to contact and responded to messages right away. The townhome is very modern and decorated beautifully. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. A well stocked kitchen and a wonderful coffee and tea bar. All the bath supplies you need with extra soft towels. The house was very clean and well cared for. It was great that it had a garage for easy parking and getting into the house. A big plus was that it has an awesome deck on the upper level with a table for eating and other chairs for just hanging out with Beautiful views of the mountains. Also only a block away from Main Street in downtown Littleton with many shops and restaurants so you can walk everywhere. We went to Smokin Fins , Pho Real and Denver Beer Co. which has a fun outdoor area. I would highly recommend this Townhouse and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful rental

This is a beautifully appointed rental one block away from the walkable town of Littleton. The owner is lovely by email- easy to get in touch with. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is beautiful with nice touches such as multiple coffee makers with coffee, flavored syrups, sugar ready to go. There’s also a cute bar cart area. The island is huge with seating for 5 and there’s a round dining table too. The kitchen is well appointed with cookware and dinnerware. There’s a little office area and laundry room off the kitchen. We did not use the grill but it’s on a small deck off the dining area. There are three en suite bedrooms with very comfy beds and tvs and closets. The bedroom on the very top floor has a sliding door with rooftop deck access. The deck has views of the mountains and you can also see downtown Denver. There’s a motorized shade covering the sliding glass door. A really nice touch. There’s a two car garage and an EV charger in the garage. We did not have an EV with us, but it’s wonderful to have that available for anyone who does. My only “complaints” are that the 4th bedroom was tiny. Just big enough for a twin bed tucked in to it and a shelf at the foot of the bed. No closet. Also, there are a lot of stairs. So, if you have bad knees or are much older (we are 55), I’d say this may not be for you. Other than that I would highly recommend this place!!

Everything you could ever want & need

The townhome was immaculate with a lot of extras like a coffee bar with all the goodies. Felt like a 5 star hotel with enough room for a family of 6. Great kitchen area for gathering and the wraparound deck with incredible views made for a nice relaxing place to wind down with a glass of wine and watch the sunset!

Awesome Littleton Condo

It’s hard to describe what an amazing property this is. New and beautifully decorated. Plenty of space and lots of amenities. Coffee shop across the street, a couple blocks from downtown. Just an amazing place to spend time in the Denver area.
