This was the perfect stay in Mandeville! Loved the gorgeous house (pictures don't do it justice), the location (walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants), and Kelly was always responsive and available with any questions. Highly recommend!

Fabulous!

This is a gem! Beautiful cottage with lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking to the lakefront, coffee houses, bakery, restaurants, yoga studio, church and shops! Would definitely stay here again. Kelly was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage near Lake Pontchartrain, LA! The home was perfect for visiting family—cozy, well laid out, and incredibly charming. We especially loved the setup of the house, the peaceful backyard, and the amazing ice maker (a small touch that made a big difference!).The location couldn’t have been better—we were within walking distance to the lake, great restaurants, and coffee shops like Sweet Olive.Thank you, Kelly, for your quick responses and hospitality. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again!

Such a charming house

Amazing Stay!

The property exceeded our expectations! The house was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips. The neighborhood is also super cute with a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance including a trail on the lake. As a group of just girls we felt very safe at this property.

The perfect vacation home

We were so lucky to have found the Blume Cottage and for it to have been available!! It’s the most well-situated home, absolutely gorgeous, and an incredibly comfortable bed. We had friends and family come by and they were all in love with the house. We’ll be back soon to visit family and will definitely be staying here. Thanks for making our first visit to Mandeville such a comfortable one!

Wonderful spot

The home was perfect! Beautiful kitchen (perfect if you love to cook like myself) Rooms were very comfortable, clean and well stocked with towels. We could walk to the waterfront. My kids loved the backyard, plenty of room to play. Highly recommend this home!

Such a great find!

Loved this rental - two king suites on different floors made for a very comfortable stay for our group of four. Very nice finishes and a beautiful neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the bakery and Italian restuarant on the same street and a nice boutique on the corner. Walking distance to the lakefront and a few other eateries in the neighborhood. Listing is just as it looks in the photos. Host was excellent helping with recommendations and always available to answer questions. Hearty recommendation - we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property nicely located near shops and restaurants. We have friends who moved here some years ago and love visiting Mandeville any chance we get. Lots of hidden gems and delicious food. Kelly was a great host and responded very quickly to any of our needs. Thank you Kelly!

Perfect!

Stayed with lady friends to attend 3 rivers festival in Covington. The house was exactly what we wanted… lovely interior, 3 bathrooms, clean, room to spread out, comfortable cozy beds, in the heart of Mandeville, quick drive to festival, we walked to dine, drink coffee, take in lake views, shop, etc. — perfect 👍! Would rent again in a heartbeat 💗

Come enjoy this absolutely fabulous home! It is spacious, immaculate, meticulously restored and updated (especially that kitchen—wow!), beautifully decorated, a great location and all of the comforts of home. Kelly’s help and hospitality were equally off-the-charts fantastic! She went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I + our 3 grandchildren had an extraordinary experience. We had high expectations, and the Historic Blume Cottage and Kelly far exceeded our expectations in every way. We were sad to leave, and look forward to coming back. Thank you so very much, Kelly!

Wedding Weekend Wonder

We booked this location for a family weekend for our party of 6. Communication with the owner was superb! The curbside historical charm hides and fantastic renovation that is an amazing balance between both modern and period appropriate. The layout, design and furnishings were stunning! Main living spaces an open and comfortable while also offering petite nooks and crannies to explore, like the laundry area, coffee bar and downstairs bathroom. The bedding is exquisite-I’ve never slept as well in any other VRBO or hotel! Two doors down is a fabulous bakery and market that is the perfect place for brunch! It was too warm to sit outside in the patio area but with family right around the corner-I look forward to booking again in the fall where cooler weather will allow us to enjoy the outside areas as well. This is a gem and a secret I would love to keep all to myself!!
