Large parties of any kind over the max occupancy are not allowed. If you have a party and are disturbing the neighbors we have a right to go inside and to remove you from the property/premises without a refund.

Please do not move furniture or furnishings without permission.

Report any issues: If you encounter any problems or have any concerns during your stay, please inform the host as soon as possible so that we can address the issue promptly. Any issues will inspected promptly and host has a right to enter to do so.

We do not allow smoking of any kind inside the house (including but not limited to nicotine, tobacco derived products and/or cannabis derived substances. There will be a $500 ozone treatment fee imposed for removal of any smoke smell.

If the house is left in an exceptionally messy state, you will be charged $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required.

Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
