The hosts were incredibly communicative and very easy to get ahold of when a minor issue came up with entry to the house. Great location, beautiful home with just about any amenity you might need - the spin bike and telescope were extra nice touches even though I didn’t get the chance to use them. I will definitely be back!

Great spot

Clean, great location, fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Loved the dog friendly touches-bowls, treats, dog bed. Very accommodating.

I wish I was able to leave a better review... But there are Somethings I would like to mention before anyone else stays here. First this listing doesn't state anywhere that the master bedroom is in the basement! It was cold and not a comfortable space. The window in this bedroom looked out under the deck and was full of debris, a box of nails, wood, cut up materials, metal bars, plastic ect... The grass was over grown and in places up to my knee with weeds and poison ivy. The deck had wire for railings, several snapped and not safe for pets or children. There was no directions on how to turn on the lights in the yard. There were motion lights that would come on, but when they went off you couldn't see going up midsection of stairs, to which I fell the first day. Once we found the light cord, they were on a mounted electrical strip outside, not to code at all. All of the outside furniture was incredibly dirty, not even remotely cleaned for our arrival to use. The location is great, lovely neighborhood, clean inside the home. This rental is over priced for what you get and the condition of the home. We went to Asheville NC after and stayed in Asheville at another VRBO for the same price and it was wonderful!!!

Regarding the yard, our lawn service had not yet resumed for the season at the time of your visit, but this has since been taken care of. I will also be personally looking into the concerns you mentioned about debris, the deck, and outdoor lighting to ensure everything is safe and properly maintained moving forward. I also want to apologize for the condition of the outdoor furniture upon your arrival. This has since been thoroughly cleaned, and we are putting measures in place to ensure it is always guest-ready. Your feedback is incredibly helpful, and I am actively addressing these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Awesome and Relaxing

Our stay was awesome! This home is lovely with a fantastic back yard and multiple decks. The location is very quiet and relaxing, but very close to an assortment of great restaurants. Our host Andrea was excellent checking in everyday to see if everything was to our liking. All amenities were provided for. It was an excellent stay and we will be back!!

House in the woods

The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. There are a lot of steps so would not recommend to people with small children. Only had sample sizes of toiletries.

Great for long term stays

I actually stayed at this property for several weeks due to being displaced from my home for repairs. It's a really great space for long term stays in that you have access to all the closet space, etc. The natural light in the house is AMAZING. My dog really enjoyed the back yard, and the neighborhood was super friendly. My only comment - in order to access a bathroom or bedroom, you must take the stairs. This was no problem for me, but something to consider for those who have trouble with walking, etc.

Burst pipe. Terrible experience.

In the middle of our stay, a pipe burst on the bottom floor spewing some nasty smelling water everywhere. The host, Andrea with TriangleBnB, offered us another one of their properties to stay in. Unfortunately, the new property was a big step down: much smaller, no parking on site, in a worse neighborhood across the street from an abandoned building surrounded by barb wire.The pipe incident, the mid-trip move, and the worse property made this trip extremely tough on me, my wife, and our young son.
