Be prepared to experience a delightful vacation like no other at Yes, Deer! Our recently updated home offers plenty of spacious accommodations both inside and out along with a host of community amenities to make your time off the water just as fun as being on it!

As you step inside our spacious home, you'll be greeted with a bright and open feel. Vaulted ceilings greet you as you step into the sitting room where adults can gather around the table to share a bottle of wine as you play a casual game of cards or bumper pool. Adjacent to the sitting area is where you’ll find your comfortable living room that surrounds a large stone fireplace. Warm up by the fireplace on cool nights or simply hang out around the large flat screen TV as you cheer on your favorite team during the big game.

Your dining room and kitchen are just steps away, meaning no one needs to miss out on the conversation (or the game) if they are helping the chef prepare a tasty meal in the updated kitchen outfitted with stainless appliances and granite countertops. The dining table offers ample seating for 8+ and the breakfast bar can accommodate additional guests when it’s time to chow down.

In the warmer months, take your cooking and dining al fresco out on the large deck just off the dining area. You will have adequate space for hosting a family potluck or celebratory event around a propane firplace. Guests also have the large yard to enjoy a plethora of yard games to entertain both the young and old - KanJam & Cornhole to start! If it’s raining, you have a bonus space just beyond the kitchen with PingPong & Extra Large Jenga.

While you may not be waterfront, you are a short walk or drive away from hitting the lake without paying lakefront prices!

After a long day of adventure, head up the road 2 miles to Pawn Run Bar and Kitchen to enjoy signature cocktails and delicious eats. You are also 10 minutes away from the cinema and a host of other popular local eateries, breweries, and shops if you are looking for some more nightlife fun.

When you return home, head upstairs to the bonus room to enjoy a challenging game of foosball or head outside to sip on a nightcap under the stars as you rejuvenate your from a long day of fun. Enjoy loads of games, puzzles, and books throughout your home.

Then head upstairs to one of the comfortable bedrooms. A king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom for additional privacy and comfort. You will enjoy waking up to your private balcony where you can enjoy a good book with your morning cup of joe. Two other bedrooms are also located on this level and feature a queen-sized bed and three twin bunk beds. A third shared bathroom is also located here.

If a bit more separation from your guests is needed come nighttime, there is a second master located on the main level. This bedroom features a queen-sized bed and bathroom with single granite vanity.

As part of The Blakeslee community, you’ll also enjoy a quiet neighborhood setting perfect for bike rides, a morning jog or afternoon stroll. There are also 5 miles of hiking trails within the community where you can spot deer, wild turkeys or other wildlife often seen in and around the area. The indoor pool is in the Community Center along with a large club room with TV, comfortable chairs, tables and chairs and pool table. Two tennis courts, basketball court, baseball field and outdoor playground are all adjacent to the community center. Fishing is also allowed all along The Blakeslee waterfront.
