Bienvenido a 'EMERALD OASIS', nuestro espectacular frente al golfo, segundo hogar, PARADISE lejos de casa. Nuestro hermoso condominio de lujo de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, decorado profesionalmente, está en el piso 21. Es muy espacioso con 1146 pies cuadrados y tiene techos de 10 'con un increíble balcón de gran tamaño que te dejará sin aliento.

TENGA EN CUENTA: La persona que alquila y usa su tarjeta de crédito debe tener al menos 25 años (esta es una regla general).

La Master Suite tiene una cómoda cama king size con su propio baño privado y tiene una vista directa al mar con una puerta corredera. Caminas hacia el balcón que da a las aguas turquesas más increíbles que hayas visto. También disfrutará de la televisión de pantalla plana con cable y reproductor de DVD, amplio armario y cómoda grande.

La suite de huéspedes tiene una increíble cama cómoda de tamaño queen con una almohada y baño propio. Disfrutará de un televisor de pantalla plana con cable y reproductor de DVD, amplio armario y cómoda grande.

What an Amazing Week!!!

What an amazing week! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was just as great and the 1st trip. Even before we booked Karan was so quick to respond to any and all questions. She even checked on us during the week to make sure everything was ok. Everything was spotless. I cannot think of anything that was not thought of. The binoculars were great to view out into the ocean or down the beach from the balcony. The extra beach chairs and sand toys were appreciated by the kids. Views from the room were amazing. we saw rainbows and had a full moon. Someone also had fireworks that went off at just our height. it was beautiful! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful in every way.

Everything was great. The owner did special touches that most hosts do not and it was very nice. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had everything you need and more. Outdoor patio was fantastic. Just everything was perfect. Host was very kind and communicative.

Best of the Best!

I had been curious as to why this property has ALL 5⭐️ ratings and this past weekend Feb 8-11 (24) I was able to find out. The property owners are totally awesome!! Mrs Karan made sure that we felt right at home upon our arrival. I wish that I could give her more than 5 stars because she definitely deserves it. I highly recommend her condo to everybody who’s looking for a place to stay that consist of a very clean, gorgeous, comfortable with astonishing views property. You can’t go wrong with this place and as you can already see, this will always be our choice when vacationing in PCB♥️♥️♥️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The unit was very clean with attractive decor and thoughtful touches, and a spectacular view of the gulf from the balcony. Our family especially enjoyed walks on the beach, the heated pool and hot tub. We highly recommend this condo!

Excellent stay!!

This was a much needed vacation for my husband and I. The weather was not the best but the condo was excellent. Fully equipped condo. We had the best time looking at the water right out the back door and on the balcony. So peaceful. Do recommend to bring your own beach towels and beach chairs if after October 31st otherwise they offer beach services. We went on Thanksgiving and would love to stay here again. 5 stars.

Awesome beach condo with fabulous view!

This condo was decorated beautifully and just as described. Balcony is huge and has an amazing view of the pool, beach and ocean! Master bed was very comfy and view of the gulf from this room as well as the living room. I love to cook, and I've stayed in many, many beach condos... but this condo was the best stocked condo I've ever stayed at! I didn't need a single thing that wasn't there. It was such a great vacation experience for me and my boyfriend. Check-in was easy, and Karan was a pleasure to work with. She and her husband clearly take pride in this unit as they take really good care of it and of their guests. There was calm music playing when we arrived and a cute beach bag for us too. These were nice little touches that we appreciated. There was also a Keurig coffee pot (and regular), plenty of hangers, and hair dryers in the bathroom. Parking was easy, and elevators were not slow. Pools and hot tub were great. Beach access was easy. We got a front-row umbrella and chairs for the week, which was included in our rental fee. Weather was pretty good most days. Overall a fantastic trip! We would definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to anyone who is picky about where they stay, like we are.

The host Karan was amazing. Made sure we had everything we needed going in to our vacation.

Amazing view, Amazing Balcony, great condo unit that was stocked with everything we needed. Towels, Linens, Dishes, Seasonings, a Blender. You name it she has it waiting on you. The weather wasnt the greatest, so we hung out 2 days inside the condo. The TV and comfy beds made the time go by great. Highly recommend ! The music upon entry was extremely relaxing and a great touch to welcome us in.

Checkin process was so easy. Karan made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived and checked on us after we got there. She had left the sweetest little goodie bag with lotions soaps candy etc… and a personal little beach bag we carried our snacks to the pool and beach with. The condo smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. Very very clean!!! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need even down to styrofoam cups! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious beautiful decor throughout and beds were so comfy. Granddaughter loved the let out couch and we loved the lock on the sliding door so she couldn’t go out alone. Everything was perfect. Beach chairs and umbrella was wonderful to have and very comfy. Balcony is absolutely huge and you can see all up and down the beach the pool the beautiful sound of the ocean. Had several toys floats nets sand shovels for kids and even extra chairs. Thank you so much for a wonderful week. I could go on and on all day. Even met the wonderful and so sweet cleaning ladies when we left we will definitely be back and we highly recommend this condo. Thank you so much 😊

Amazing vacation

This is a great, family friendly property. The owner is amazing to work with in the transactional side of things and was also a pleasure to work with as far as our family and stay. Loved the space and the amenities. We had a great stay and cannot wait to return. My kids are still talking about all of the fun they had.

Home away from Home (they thought of everything)

No complaints!! Everything was wonderful. The owners truly thought of everything. We have never stayed at a condo that had more things thought out for the renters than here. From the spices and seasoning in the cupboard to the pre-frozen ice packs in the freezer. The fully supplied kitchen was wonderful. Everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. The beautiful views from the massive balcony were amazing. There was plenty of seating on the balcony for everyone to stretch out and enjoy the views from 21 floors up RIGHT ON THE BEACH!! The owners made us feel like we were their first and only guests! We will be returning to this condo in the following summers!!

awesome rental

we loved the condo, so nicely decorated and comfortable with all the amenities we could possibly want or need. Very clean and the view of the beach and ocean were exceptional. the condo is conveniently located to Walmart and some shopping stores. The condo owner, Karan was a delight and determined that we have whatever we needed to be satisfied and enjoy our time there. I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Vacation for two at Emerald Oasis

My girlfriend and I stayed at Emerald Oasis for a week and we could not be happier with our stay. The condo was all that is advertised and more, the chairs on the beach are a great bonus as well. We had such a great time that we have already booked another week for next year in 2020 can not wait to get back to the crystal clear water!

I would recommend this rental to anyone. Extremely wonderful owners, fabulous condo, great location!

From the booking process to the last day of our stay, this choice in rentals was the right choice. I would recommend it to anyone!!! The view, free beach chairs, great people at the building. Cleanliness, security cameras everywhere to make you feel safe. The skyway from the parking to the building. I guess the only complaint I’d have is that people still smoke on their balcony even though it’s against the rules. I’m not sure how that can be lawfully monitored though. It’s a great condo & if you’re thinking about renting it, I suggest you pull the trigger & rent Emerald Oasis!!!

First Class Condo

This condo surpassed all of my expectations. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything you would need, all appliances were like new, full size washer and dryer, nice towels, and beautiful furniture. Karan was just the best to rent from and asked several times if we needed anything and wanted suggestions for anything she need to provide and i couldn't think of a thing!

Just the Wife and I

The condo was everything as advertised. Well stocked and maintained. The views from the 21 floor balcony were wonderful. And adding in the beach chair and umbrella topped it off. Would recommend to a all. Thanks to Karen for sharing it with us.

This is a dream come true for us. We have always wanted to purchase a 2nd home for us to get away from the cold winters of Ohio. We fell instantly in love with Panama City Beach, especially Ocean Villa Condos. We are so happy to share our 2nd home with people who enjoy the beach and hope that you will make memories like we are.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We absolutely love the HUGE balcony - 10 feet x 28 feet. The views from the 21st floor is amazing - couldn't has for anything better. We love how Ocean Villa isn't crazy busy that has massive amount of condos in it. There are 23 floors - each having only 6 condos on each floor.
