This two bedroom, three full bath condo is on the top floor of the tallest residence on Panama City Beach and sleeps eight. Two full bedrooms with private full baths and a king and queen size beds. Bunk beds for two people in middle foyer with full bath. Pull out couch in living room can accommodate two more people. Unparalleled view from the top floor gives you privacy and the serene sunset every night with the relaxing sound of the ocean waves coming up to the beach! Tranquility, view, beachfront, and serenity!
Unit includes free Wi-Fi, free cable, walk-out balcony facing beach, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances (stove, dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator). Coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven is included. Coffee and filters are not provided. Pantry for your groceries, silverware, plates, and glasses included. The unit also has a wide screen television in the living room, TV by the bunk beds, and TV's in each bedroom. Washer/dryer in unit. The unit is also beach-themed decorated, in great condition, and immaculate!

The location is on the west end of Panama City Beach and only 1/3 mile from family-friendly Pier Park, owned by Simon Property Group, boasting great restaurants, outdoor retail, festivals and concerts, and a Target with a pharmacy. Condo is also one mile from Wal-Mart as well as many restaurants. Directly across the street from condo is a Marco's Pizza, McDonald's and Arby's.
Amenities include 24 hour on-site security guards. Access to fitness center, café, indoor pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, game room and saunas. In peak season there are two outdoor pools, a Tiki bar, coffee/sundry store, and a movie theater for your use. Covered parking garage across the street with above-the-street walkway included.

Online Resort Registration required for armbands and parking passes $54.04 limit 2 parking passes and 8 armbands. Late registration less than 24 hours to arrival adds $10.

Bachelorette Trip

The condo was average compared to other condos we have previously stayed at in PCB. The kitchen needs updating in terms of things like the cooking utensils. Every bed needs either a new topper or mattress. The beds and pillows are hard. The water pressure was a little off as well. Dish soap would be a great thing to offer as a start instead of just dishwasher packets. The bathroom supplies were lacking as well. A bathroom rug would be a nice addition as well. This is NOT on the condo owner. The elevator situation is insane. There was one working elevator for 30 floors. We had wait times of at least 20-40 minutes at times. The attendants would ride the elevator at times, but that did not fix the problem. We did have a few housekeepers who were super sweet and showed us where a working elevator was or held the elevator for us. I would not recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Four star rentals was fantastic! Very friendly, answered all questions, responded quickly, and made all instructions very clear. The condo was beautiful and well taken care of. We shared the condo with a second family for a total of 7 people. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed all the pools and the beach. But, i can't give this all 5 stars because the elevator situation is out of control. Waiting over 30 min for an elevator almost anytime you needed it is ridiculous. We were there for our kids' dance competition. Running down 30 flights of stairs with all that gear several times that week wasn't feasible. We had to leave earlier every day to give time for an elevator wait. With 30 floors, I understand there will be some wait, but with 7 elevators I feel they could set something up a little differently.

Great condo, great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. I won’t lie, this is not the easiest place to check into: between registering with the resort and registering with 4-Star, it’s quit a bit. The same information provided multiple times, etc. But we got all our paperwork done and got preregistered with the unit and registered with the resort....got our parking pass and checked out a luggage cart we could just enjoy our stay. Our unit was spacious and well equipped. It came with a little bit of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, one roll of paper towels, two rolls of TP for each bathroom, and hotel like bathroom shampoos, etc. so it reduced the supplies we needed to buy to facial tissue, trash bags, plastic wrap and foil. Very little is asked of guests for checkout, so we didn’t have a huge checklist of tasks. Living room furniture and beds are all comfortable. Tons of storage. Kitchen is well equipped. There are a few areas where things in the condo are showing wear, but all in all it was a great rental. Resort itself has multiple pools, multiple hot tubs, etc. We always found a place to relax. The beach is wonderful, of course. We had no issues with spring break crowds or parties. I loved that we were far enough out that it was nice and quiet, but close enough we could walk to the Pier Shopping district with its stores, restaurants and bars. Construction on Front street made it a little hard to get around, but we survived. TripAdvisor reviews complained endlessly about the elevators... we never had an issue at all. I think being on the top floor has an advantage...we never had an elevator come to pick us up that was too full.I would tecommend this unit and this resort to anyone looking for a quiet beach vacation.

Great stay

The only thing I was wary about was the elevator situation since we were on the top floor. Turned out not to be an issue even though it was Fall Break and pretty busy. Only bad thing to say about the unit is that the picture on the tv in the primary bedroom was very fuzzy.

Great stay for the price

We were very excited to find this affordable condo to take our friends,who had never been to the beach before, to. It was very spacious and had a gorgeous beach view. The area outside the resort and parking garage are under some sort of construction, so externally the resort looked kind of run down. The resort itself has several pools that the kids loved! The boardwalk is easily accessible. The indoor restaurant was way too pricey and the corner market was very run down. On several occasions we had to wait for elevators for 20-30 minutes and that got to be frustrating. The linens in our condo were sparse, but fortunately the kids brought their own pillows and blankets for the car ride. The bedding in the master bedroom was soiled when we arrived so we washed the sheets and bought a bedspread at Walmart to use. So many of the dishes and silverware were put back in the drawers and cabinets with food still stuck into it so we had to wash a lot of them before we could use them. The WiFi in our room was touch and go. And lastly, there is a theater in the resort, which we were hyped about, since it rained quite a bit during our stay, however, food and drink aren’t allowed. What’s a movie without popcorn?!? Anyways, we had a great vacation away from work and with some of our best friends! A lot could have been better, but we still enjoyed our stay.

There was plenty of floor space, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious enough for our group of 7. Downsides were the building itself. The view from the balcony is amazing BUT does not make up for the wait time on the elevators. We waited almost 40 mins one day to get on one and being on the 30th floor stairs were not an option. It is a minimum of 10 mins wait time for any elevator almost any time of day. The room was clean and smelled good when we arrived. AC struggled to keep below 72 but I feel like that’s expected at the beach. Check-in was super easy. Staff at motel are not friendly and poolside bar staff are blatantly rude. But this has zero to do with owners of suite. Location is convenient. I would not stay here again but would definitely select another property if the owners have one available.

Very nice condo. A little high for us on 30th floor but beautiful views from balcony. Being on 30th floor the elevator situation was taxing. Long waits and so many elevator stops on way up and down. Pools are great. Plenty of parking in garage Over all nice stay.

Wonderful get away!

The views are absolutely breathtaking! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony every chance we got. Condo was spacious and clean and perfect for our family stay. Loved being so close to Pier Park. The only surprise and down sides we had was having to pay a $43 parking fee that no one let us know about. Also, the beach fills up first thing in the morning with everyone’s beach chairs so we had to go down the beach to find a spot.
