Spacious, convenient, and clean

Very well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and beach related items (chairs, umbrella, ice chest). Easy 10 minute walk to the beach. Very comfortable beds.

Organizer

4 adult women visited Kauai for a golf tournament. The condo was perfect to accommodate our needs. We all walked to the beach daily and had a very comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for a great girls vacation.

We had an issue with the vrbo we originally booked for our Kauai vacation and had to find a new place extremely last minute. I messaged Seth and he helped us get settled into his place within a couple of hours of my reaching out. His place was an answered prayer. The home was stocked so well with toiletries and beach supplies. The wagon was so helpful with each beach trips. We had four young kids with us and felt so at home here. The view of the sunrise and mountain from the deck was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation!

Our family of 7 adults and 1 toddler had a fantastic time. Communication with the host was great. The condo had everything that we needed. It is very clean and roomy. The walk to the beaches is lovely. This was our first visit to Kauai, and we definitely will come back. We would love to stay at this condo again. Thank you!

Best family spot!

Loved this unit! Slept my family of 8 comfortably without feeling cramped at all! Unit was well equipped with everything you need for your family especially for beach fun! Had plenty of beach towels, chairs, shades and even some snorkeling gear! Had lots of questions before booking the day of and had great and quick communication with the host which is why I booked immediately! Thanks so much and we'll be back for sure!

Poipu regency stay

We loved staying here and would recommend it to others. It was roomy and bigger than the pictures show. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great kitchen and supplies. The wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were a bonus. The walk along the green belt was beautiful and took you to Brennen’s beach and Poipu beach. The pools are close and we enjoyed our vacation. One note is if you have 2 rental cars ask for a pass for the second car. The owner responded quickly and got ours to as soon as we asked.

Family vacation

This unit had lots of beach supplies—wagon, umbrellas, hairs, bookie boards, snorkels, coolers and towels for our group of 8. Kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes was well stocked. The unit does. It have a lanai or porch where all members can sit. Table outdoors seats only 4 people. The unit has a beautiful view of the mountains.

The unit was large enough for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Kauai this summer. It is a short 10 min walk from Brenneckes and Poipu beach. The pool near the unit is disappointingly small so we didn’t use it. Apparently we could have used other pools on the complex, but didn’t realize that until the day before we left. The condo is pretty well decked out. We had fun using the boogie boards a few times. It is close to restaurants and shopping and Seth communicated well with us. The beds are so so. The master mattress is softer than we are used to. Overall it was a good solution for us.

Very Nice Location

The condo is as described. We had a great experience there. The only issue is that the washing machine, a front loader, leaves your clothes smelling very moldy. Seth was very responsive.

Simply perfect!

Needed to get away from PNW drizzle and found this lovely condo available on our dates. The unit was clean and well kept. The three bathrooms were super helpful too. The A/C worked well and the provided beach items were a nice touch. The walk to the beach is about 10minutes and absolutely stunning for sunrises, wave jumping, snorkeling, and daily visits of turtles and seals. We had a great visit and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing! Highly recommend!

Perfect property; perfect location. The condo was perfect for our family - it was close to beaches and restaurants and VERY well appointed - it had absolutely everything we needed from kitchen to beach toys.

Great Location, Awesome Deck View and Plenty of Bathrooms

Very clean and open space with a well-stocked kitchen and bath. The three separate bathrooms and showers helped everyone get ready in the morning and right before bed. The mountain view off the living room deck was awesome and eating breakfast on the deck dining set was a great way to start the day. The place was very roomy and well-designed for a big group. The location was fantastic with well-lit and nicely landscaped walking paths within steps of the front door. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. It's conveniently located with many local attractions within a short drive.

Great location and space for large family

This condo is in a great location for access to many activities. Easy walk to beach where sea turtles sleep at night was a highlight. We loved Dark Horse Coffee, Puka dogs, Dacrack, farmer's market and shopping. Owner was very responsive to small maintenance issues that came up during our 10 day stay. Wish I was still there 💜
