Aire acondicionado. Esta casa de playa muy tranquila es energéticamente eficiente con electricidad solar VERDE con energía de respaldo del proveedor de servicios públicos local.

Este concepto de vida abierto tiene grandes ventanales con espectaculares vistas del agua de East Bay - Red Fish Cove.

Su entrada privada cerrada lo lleva 12 escaleras hasta la sala de estar abierta con TV de alta definición de 55 pulgadas y chimenea eléctrica. El sofá largo y cómodo acomodará a una tercera persona, 2 sillas giratorias para disfrutar de las vistas del agua y los pinos y robles.

Hermosa terraza con impresionantes vistas al agua y al atardecer. Observe a los delfines nadar, los pelícanos se zambullen en busca de peces, las águilas calvas que se elevan por encima.

Excellence view of the bay, which is in the backyard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was clean and comfy. The dishes and cookware were in great condition. We even had little gift bags waiting for us and our dog. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Loved it and would definitely rent again.

Marty and Ron were both great hosts! Property was better than expected! House was stocked with everything you would need! Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! Our fur babies had a great time in the dog yard and felt right at home! Fishing was great! My husband and I fished in both the morning and evening! Landscaping was beautiful! A lot of love and care has gone into that place making it great!! We will be back!

Exactly the trip we wanted. A quiet relaxing retreat that we could bring our dog Sophie. We always stay on the beach but it was a pleasant change. The house was perfect, well equipped as Marty put her personal expert taste creating an excellent getaway.

Overall our stay was amazing , they had everything turn key ready for us . Even water bowls for my pup. I give props to this little hideaway that was everything that was described plus more . They even have a dog park for the pups

Best property we have been to

This place is absolutely perfect, they have absolutely everything you need plus some, wonderful house and location with beautiful views from the house and the dock and backyard, the best hosts ever communication with them is easy and they keep you updated with anything going on nearby, we had the absolute best time ever for our honeymoon I reccomend this vacation home to anyone, book with them you will NOT regret it.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the special touches to make you feel welcome, the beautiful decor and the tropical landscaping - every detail is perfect. But what impressed me the most is that there isn't a single thing you could possibly need or think of that they have't already provided.And if you're traveling with a dog, you're in or a treat! The owners are true dog lovers. There's an entire side yard set up as a private dog park just for your pup, complete with bowls and all the essentials. Your dog will feel just as welcome and pampered as you do. We can't wait to go back!

Impeccable Property & Ultimate Hosts

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Marty and Ron's beach house with our dog. This property is so adorable and charming with a level of detail that is unbelievable. It is clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and has the most amazing views. It has a perfect fenced in yard for our dog, and has many nice outdoor sitting areas. Also, it is in a quiet, shady neighborhood that is perfect for walks. Marty, and her sweet dog, Josie, greeted us when we arrived and checked on us several times during our stay. She even baked us a mini loaf of banana nut bread that was absolutely amazing! Also, she gave us lots of great restaurant options and things to do. We were so glad that we tried her suggestions - Where Y'all At Seafood for dinner one night, and Andy D's for breakfast one morning - both were perfect in every way! We would love to stay at this property again. Thank you Marty, Ron, and Josie!

Amazing trip!

You literally just need to bring your clothes and toothbrush. This unit has everything you will need. The unit is beautiful. Water views from every window. They have a dog park area. The owners are so nice and very sweet. They suggested a local seafood place, Where Yall at, the food was so good. The area is beautiful. The bay and beach are beautiful. This is the best unit we have stayed. We will definitely be back!

Cozy Christmas!

Excellent! Property is very special. Quiet on a point in East Bay. Marty and Ron are lovely people. They made the Christmas holiday my wife and our rescue dog Chip spent there one to remember! Every amenity is thought of and we tip our hat to the thought paid to every detail. The space is well utilized and we wanted for nothing. The bed was comfy and we were able to come and go as we pleased. We were able to explore the area return to a peaceful space each night. The grounds outside provided plenty of beautiful space for photos and beachfront fires. We will definitely be back in the future!

A little piece of Heaven!

Thank you for a memorable stay Marty & Ron! Steve, Duke and I had such a beautiful welcome package with Flowers, birthday cards and anniversary cards to top it off! It made our special celebrations that much sweeter. The Details in everything at the Beach House, including the Doggy Play Run was perfect. Outstanding relaxing getaway

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, stress free vacation spot, this is it. First, Ron and Marty with their dog Josie are outstanding hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to reply. Got a chance to meet and talk with them during our stay and they are great people. The house itself is clean and nicely decorated. Open layout with plenty of room for us and our dog. Inside the house is nice but outside is where the wow is. House is on the end of a cul de sac. Nobody is pushing in on you. You wont believe how quiet it is. All you hear is the wind and the water from the bay. The view out over the bay is so serene. The sunsets are something you must be there for. The layout of the backyard is unique. Areas of stone walkways and grassy areas decorated nicely with beautiful plant life amongst the mature, shade creating trees. There are multiple (like 10) different seating areas. A swing, picnic table, adirondack chairs on the private beach area, high top chairs and table under the deck, private pier/dock with seating, 2 decks upstairs off the house and more. When you want to go to the Navarre beach, you can have your toes in the sand in about 20 minutes. So easy to pop over there. 3 good restaurants right when you get to Navarre beach. Also try NY pizza district and Johnny Hustons in town. In conclusion, my favorite relaxing getaway accomodations ever.

The Beach House in Navarre

The beach house is a wonderful place to stay for water views and if you have dogs. Private beach, private dog park and our beautiful space are just of the few things we loved. Hosts Marty and Ron were lovely to work with. Can’t wait till our next stay.

Relaxing

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The host are wonderful! The communication was very good, they respond quick and allowed us to check in a little early due to use arriving early. We enjoyed most of our time fishing off the deck. Very cute beach themed property. My husband really loved their dog Josie. We look forward to spending more time there in the future!

Paradise with pets!

We arrived to find a birthday card for me, wine, & snacks! The home is very clean! It is adorably decorated in beach/nautical decor. Marty’s attention to detail is unbelievable!! She has given me ideas for our home in the way she maximizes space, it’s a small home, but don’t let that fool you-it has everything you need & clever storage options. There were even cute souvenirs, Navarre beach hats & decals to take with us & postage paid postcards to send during our stay! Do you have dogs?! They will LOVE this property! There were dog bowls all around for water & a wonderful fenced in yard. Our dogs are still tired from their adventures and we’ve been home for an entire day. They made friends with sweet Josie (Marty & Ron’s dog) and we did too-she’s a doll! The backyard is paradise, it has a dock to enjoy both sunrise and sunset! My husband and other family members were able to fish from the dock. You can enjoy watching the wildlife, we saw stingrays, pelicans, and owls. You might be lucky to see a dolphin too! The yard area has several places to either sit and read a book, eat a meal, or swing. It is full of beautiful plants, pine trees, & oaks in addition to cute decor all over! There is a sandy beach area with spots to sunbathe & a fire pit! Your neighbors are the hosts-they are lovely! They will make sure you know they are there for you, but also respect your privacy. The best VRBO ever! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful location

My mother and I have gone to the beach every year for years now and this location was the best we have ever been to! Not only is the location beautiful but the beach house....wow! Marty and Ron have literally thought of everything! They even have water bowls for your dog in several places and they had dog treats ready for our Iris. The bed was super comfy and everything was so clean!!! We saw so many different animals, especially little lizards and even dolphins right off the pier! We highly recommend this beach house!!! Marty, Ron and Ms Josie were the best hosts!!!

Immaculate, tasteful, well-appointed beach house

This is the most impressive property I’ve rented. The location is perfect - 180 degree water views and its own yard/dock/water access, an easy 45 minutes from the Pensacola airport, 25 minutes to emerald beaches, 20 minutes to fun beach bars. The house is tastefully decorated and spotless. The hosts provide clear instructions/guidance and incredibly thoughtful amenities. The house is peaceful and comfortable without being isolated. The bed is very comfortable with quality linens. All appliances are new and clean. The hosts are welcoming and communicate well while respecting privacy. Their dog is sweet and delighted to meet interested visitors. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return.

The PERFECT VRBO

Marty and Ron are outstanding hosts and everything, I mean EVERYTHING, was at our fingertips! We wanted for absolutely nothing more than of course a longer stay and to come back!! Beautiful Property

We are so lucky to have found Marty and Ron’s beach house. Everything was great! The house is awesome and the grounds are beautiful. When lit up at night it has a true resort feel. Marty and Ron have thought of everything to make the stay great and were super hosts. Our family loved the private beach areas and fishing from the pier, which was also a great place to view the amazing sunsets. Our dog also had a great trip since there was plenty of room for her to run and play. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful getaway

If you are looking for a small quiet getaway with your fur babies, look no more! The space is perfect EVERY need you have is meet. They even had fully stocked kitchen. I forgot my ziplock bags to carry snacks/fruit to the beach in and looked through drawers and voilà bottom drawer was loaded, even had detergent to run a few loads of laundry. The evenings sitting on the “oh so comfy rocking Adirondack chair” Watching the sun set was unforgettable. We will recommend this beach house to all our friends and fam. By the way, we had never stayed in Navarre and it was a perfect time of year the ocean us just like the beaches in the Virgin Islands.

Fantastic Property!

The most enjoyable beach vacation my wife and I have ever enjoyed. At first I was reluctant not staying directly on the beach but chose this place because it’s dog friendly. After seeing the property I quickly changed my mind. It is located on the East bay in Navarre with views to die for. The bay waters are different than the ocean but just as beautiful. The grounds are stunning, with a garden that shows the native plants, full grown trees, personal dock for fishing, and the nicest fenced in yard for our dog. I think our dog enjoyed himself as much as we did. Although not directly located on the beach, it’s a 10 minute drive away, with restaurants and other stores just as close. I must also mention the owners. They were the most gracious hosts possible, and always asking if we needed anything at the same time respecting our privacy. So glad we discovered this slice of Florida. We have already made reservations for a return stay. Thanks so much Marty and Ron!

Firepit in the sand with wood included, listen to the waves and owls under the stars. Watch the dolphins swim by and pelicans and eagles dive for fish. Upper deck wonderful views with great private fishing hole. Off street parking in coulasack. Water views out all windows.
