Disfrute del santuario del amanecer temprano en la mañana a través de las aguas turquesas y las arenas blancas como el azúcar de las playas de la playa de Navarra. Complejo Gulf View a poca distancia de la playa con pasarela de madera. Estacionamiento cubierto debajo de la unidad. Pelican Point cuenta con 1400 pies cuadrados, 2 habitaciones con camas King y Queen, 2 1/2 baños, cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, barra de desayuno con taburetes de 2 bares y mesa de comedor con 4 sillas, lavadora y secadora, Master King Suite tiene vistas al Golfo de México con balcón y televisión de pantalla plana. Segundo dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama Queen y baño completo contiguo con bañera / ducha y televisión de pantalla plana. La sala tiene cómodos asientos, sofá cama con gran televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD. Disfrute de la decoración tradicional de la casa de playa costera con muebles cómodos para que se sienta como en casa. Maravilloso porche delantero completo con sillones para disfrutar de las vistas del océano. Parrilla a gas para disfrutar de la cocina al aire libre.
Playa tranquila a unos pasos para hacer de este un lugar relajante, a pocos minutos de restaurantes, tiendas y atracciones. ¡Bienvenido a Pelican Point!

This is one of the best deals and most amazing spots we have been. Amazing house right across the street from ocean. Golf cart rental was so cool! Loved everything about the house. Great spot.

The best part of the property is the closeness to both bodies of water. We sat on both balconies every day and enjoyed the fresh air. A bit difficult with our dogs in finding a spot to go potty. Definitely some things could be repaired but overall worth it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location - steps to the public beach crossover (and a less crowded spot than some of the others). The house had everything we needed for our family, there are some nice outdoor seating options and the kitchen had everything we needed for a couple of nice meals.

Pet friendly condo

Great condo close to beach access. They have a lot of beach chairs umbrellas and floats. Do not need to bring anything. The owners are very easy to work with. There are a lot of stairs fyi. The master bedroom does not get much AC flow. The second bedroom was very cool. For pet owners no green space but are able to walk on walkways in area.

Nice Beach place

The condo is nice . Navarre is a nice getaway. There are no good dog beaches though. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here! Very clean and has everything you need for the beach! There were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach toys, and more! Right across the street from public beach access and short drive to restaurants and shopping!

Awesome spot

Property was great. We normally stay on the gulf side, but chose this property across the road. It was extremely close to a public access spot, so it was not a long walk to get those toes in the sand.

Beautiful stay

Property was beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Has everything that you would need for a wonderful beach vacation. All you need to bring is yourself, change of clothes, and some food.

Ocean breeze and the sounds of waves

Had really nice weather, the ocean view was really nice but I especially liked sleeping with the windows open and hearing the waves while sleeping. The sand was so white. I would come here again.

Perfect Location

Very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful week over the Christmas holiday! The location was perfect, easy walk to the beach even in the freezing temps! Management quickly addressed everything! The internet was spotty but we managed. Recommend!

comfortable apartment for 4 adults, well equiped kitchen. beach access right across the street which is not the case for many properties on Navarre Beach. 2 bed/bath combos on top floor. Spacious living area below & parking for 2 vehicles on ground level. Very responsive property management. Apartment interior could use some attention - reason for 4 instead 5 overall rating.

house was great, included toys and beach items were very nice to have. Only complaint is the Wi-Fi. It was next to unusable. but it encouraged us to spend more time outside.

Quick Walk to Beach, Great Stay!

The condo was a quick (3-5 min) walk from rental to boardwalk to shore. It was stocked with beach towels and chairs, so we were good to go. A previous review stated that none of the umbrellas worked so we brought our own—don’t know if this is still the case and didn’t check their umbrella supply. The master bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked for family needs. We enjoyed the back deck, we’re we had a partial view of bay, and we appreciated the shade cover located on that deck. We would definitely stay here again—can’t beat having a clean rental, proximity to beach, beach supplies, a comfortable bed, and well stocked kitchen! Thank you for offering a great rental.

However, the dishwasher didn't work, the front door didn't open properly. The condo needs updating and a good bug person. Sadly, will not rent this one again.

Very close to the beach- just cross the road. Beach was fantastic, a 10 out of 10.The big negative was the dysphoric, tortures depressing artwork on the walls. Enough to induce depression and anxiety for two in our party. Had to cover them with beach towels. Walked through the rooms blessing and sprinkling them with Holy Water. For that disturbing vibe, we won’t be back to this rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was disappointing and not what we expected based on the listing.First, the location isn’t in the prettiest area of Florida. The outdoor photos were taken in a way that made it seem like there was a nice beach view, but there isn’t.Inside, the unit is much more outdated than the photos suggest. The furniture is old, and the decor feels unsettling—there were several spooky pictures on the walls that even our kids commented on without any prompting. The lighting was a major issue: very dim and yellow throughout the house. The main bedroom had just one small ceiling light and tiny lamps. The second bedroom had no ceiling light at all, only wall-mounted yellow bulbs, and with red walls, the room felt very dark and gloomy at night. The main bedroom was also uncomfortably hot, with no central AC or window unit—just a box fan, which wasn’t enough in the Florida heat.Downstairs was a bit better, though still outdated. One positive was the closet full of beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc.), which was super convenient and saved us from having to buy anything extra.A major issue was the booking process. The property is managed by a third-party rental company, not directly through the owner. Communication through VRBO was poor—they were unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with. When I booked, my card was charged, but VRBO showed that the payment had been declined. This caused the property to disappear from my account, even though the rental company later sent me a rental agreement to sign and charged my card in full days later. It felt disorganized and concerning.Overall, while the beach gear was appreciated, the misleading photos, outdated and eerie interior, poor lighting, lack of proper cooling, and frustrating booking process made this a stay I wouldn’t repeat or recommend.
