Ample street parking.

Located above detached garage.

Unfortunately, due to a family member's severe asthmatic reaction to dander, we are unable to accept any animals, including service & emotional support animals.

Kitchen: oven/cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge, large island, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, magic bullet smoothie maker.

Guest access
The guest house is located above a detached garage with a private, keyless entrance. Ample street parking is available directly outside the guest house.

Bus service is located on nearby Market Street.

This is a 100% no smoking/no vaping guest house.

2 guest maximum.

Guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs as the unit is located above a detached garage. No elevator.

An amazing vrbo! The property was bright and clean. All of the furnishing and linens were in great condition - it feels like your home, well cared for. The kitchen was stocked which made cooking easy. The neighborhood is fantastic - quiet, easy to walk into town or down to the lake. Highly recommend!

Unbelievably Great!

We recommend this property above all places we have stayed in Kirkland. Excellently done! Great views! Within walking of downtown. Easy access to 405 and many other places. Safe neighborhood. Host is terrific! Won’t stay anywhere else from now on!

Stayed 3-11 to 3-18

The place is small but has everything one would want in a compact unit in this area. There is construction across the street and the walk to Kirkland downtown a bit longer than we preferred. Hate to say it, because more people will want to stay here but we will be staying again.

Perfect home away from home

We rented this home so we could be close Overlake hospital, so that we had a nearby base. Great home away from home with everything we needed. Would rent again.

Excellent place in great location

This property is great. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood with easy parking, this unit is modern and comfortable. The owner has thought of everything including the smallest detail. The bed was comfortable , the storage plentiful and the living and dining spaces relaxing and cozy. There was some construction going in across the street during our stay and the owner proactively contacted us and offered to either cancel our stay or give us a partial refund. That level of service was amazing and we were very grateful. We will definitely stay here again

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic location

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment for a single person or couple traveling to Kirkland. The views are spectacular and the apartment is decorated wonderfully. The place has everything you need for a stay and the furnishings are high quality. Strongly recommend staying.

Perfection!

Beautiful view, to begin with, but beyond that the apartment was lovely with quality finishes and everything you could possibly think of that you might need. The little extras from yummy snacks to spare toothbrushes were so nice. The owners were very responsive and even provided us with an extension cord to charge our e-bikes! Such a lovely neighborhood and great proximity to downtown Kirkland. The hill is steep but there is a lovely lakeside park at bottom of hill. A definite recommend!!

Refresh & Relax

No complaints here. Everything about this apartment was perfect, allowing us to relax and enjoy the greater Seattle area. We enjoyed waking up and winding down to the views of Lake Washington. Our hostess was wonderful and thoughtful in all our communications.

Great home away from home!

This is the perfect spot for a business traveler like myself who prefers a bit more space and some kitchen facilities vs a hotel. I was right at home here. Everything was perfect. Clean, super quiet and nice neighborhood, easy parking.

Beautiful property with views

The property was on a quiet street with views of Lake Washington and within walking distance of Kirkland’s center. It was well stocked throughout and superbly decorated.
