Only a few minutes from Woodford Reserve and Castle and Keys distilleries. 10 minutes from the charming towns of Versailles . Convenient to Frankfort State Capitol , Lexington, Keeneland, University of Kentucky, the Horse Park and more. Biking, Kayaking , fishing , hiking .

The space
Rustic cottage on the Kentucky river , in the heart of the Bourbon Trail and horse country . Perfect location to work remotely or enjoy the area by visiting distilleries, biking the scenic roads , hiking ( Buckley Wildlife Sanctuary, near by ) fishing from the dock ( fishing polls available) , play corn hole , enjoying the river in the screened porch , going for a kayaking adventure ( kayaks rentals in Frankfort ) or just seating around the fire pit in the backyard.
You can also bring your boat or your own kayaks , the cottage has its own dock .
Guest access
The guest will have the entire house , the back yard with a pavilion with a gas grill and a screened porch overlooking the Kentucky river , a fire pit ( we provide wood ) and the dock that can be used for kayaking , fishing and boating .

Keep an eye on your children and your pets, the river being near by .
