The space
The Space is a beautiful and spacious vacation home located on the mainland side of Cape Cod. The house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends.

The upstairs level of the house includes a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed, a full private bathroom, and a walk-in closet that even has its own washer and dryer. There is also a second bedroom on this level with twin bunk beds and a full-size bed.

The main living level is located downstairs and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, an eat-in breakfast buffet, and sliders that lead to a large back deck. The sunken living room features a cozy gas fireplace, while the dining room has its own fireplace as well. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed on this level, which is perfect for anyone who has difficulty with stairs or for elderly guests.

The finished room in the basement is a great space for entertaining, with a comfortable queen-size sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV with a gaming console, and an additional washer and dryer for convenience.

The garage is open, clean, and spacious, with room for two cars and an additional half bathroom. The 1-acre backyard is a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors, with an outdoor shower, a half-court basketball hoop, a BBQ grill, a deck for entertaining, a hammock, a tree swing, and beach chairs for up to four guests. Located less than a mile from the Sagamore Bridge, The Space is conveniently located for exploring all that Cape Cod has to offer, including fishing, golfing and beaches. And because it's on the mainland side of the Cape, you won't have to deal with the weekend and holiday traffic that can make getting around the Cape a challenge.

Guests have access to the entire home & amenities excluding the in law-apartment located above the 2-car garage.
