Onset near Cape Cod Canal

Mostly good. House is in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors and awesome places to walk. Close to good restaurants and shopping places. Only negatives were no Keurig coffee maker and a back door that slams if you do not pay amazing attention.

I traveled here with my two grandsons, ages 7 and 10, in July 2026. Lovely cottage! We were very close to a small, quiet beach. The boys loved the beach! We were also close to a few places we ventured out to explore - Block Island RI and Plymouth MA. I would highly recommend this lovely cottage! It was very clean and welcoming, the beds were comfy, the host was easy to get in touch with. I love all of the hydrangeas around the cottages. I was told by someone local they love the salt water. Very quiet neighborhood. It felt very safe!

A lovely beach home as described!

Our family enjoyed this lovely beach home that was exactly as described in the listing. Very easy check-in process, great communication with host and a well equipped kitchen for home cooked meals.

Memorial Day weekend getaway

We had a fantastic time staying in this cute house. The neighborhood is great and a quick walk to the beach - about 4 houses down - better than expected. We highly recommend this and would visit again in the future.

Wonderful stay

This place is lovely. Its well remodeled and the neighborhood it is in is great. There is a private beach off buzzard's bay just 5 houses away. We befriended a neighborhood family while there and saw them daily and they really made us feel welcome. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Great stay in a very clean and homely property!

Gary's property was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, spacious and neat. It had the perfect beachy vibe. If you are in or around cape cod, it's a good location! Very communicative and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay?

ideal rental for couples or small families

My husband and I can't say enough good about this property-we would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion we could think of is the addition of a light to illuminate the beautiful American flag in the yard/as per US flag protocol.

Perfect Cape Cod Home!

Sharon and Gary's home makes for the perfect stay when visiting Martha's Vineyard/Hyannis areas. The pictures are great but it's even better upon arrival. It has been recently renovated and they didn't miss a thing. Comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen has all the necessities and more! You'll love your stay - we hightly recommend it!

Adorable Cottage with everything you need

The house was great with little extras (like toilet paper, soap, trash bags, etc) and everything you need! It was cute and comfy. The private beach was awesome and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back! We had a little issue with check-in, but it was resolved very quickly.

Amazing vacation home

This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a vacation home. The place was extremely welcoming and clean. The communication was excellent. The property manager Amy was extremely friendly and attended to any of our needs immediately. I will absolutely return to this location in the future. The surrounding area is extremely friendly as well, with toddler friendly beaches.

Couldn’t have asked for more!

This is my first experience getting a rental via vrbo, and the process couldn’t have been easier! Much of that was thanks to the owners, who provided thorough instructions and maintained good communication throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly and the house is maintained beautifully! Perfect for a family of three with a young child!

Lovely and well appointed

The photos are representative of this clean and well-stocked home. Owners recently renovated and paid attention to every detail. Kitchen had everything we needed and the instructions left for renters left no questions unanswered. Would recommend!
