Fantastic little house if visiting Savannah. Great location, everything walkable. If you don’t like stairs this isn’t the place for you, didn’t bother us.Communication with owner was great, easy check-in. Would definitely stay here again.

This cute guest house is perfect for a couple looking to be walking distance from the historic downtown Savannah area. The little outdoor seating area in the back is perfect for enjoying a lazy morning.

Great location and great overall rental!

We love to walk and we felt like this was a great location that was walkable to everything downtown. We brought our dog as well and it was so close to so many parks. Overall, the place was great and had a cute little shared garden in the back which was nice. Would definitely come back!!

We walked everywhere every day. Had zero issues with check-in check out etc. the unit was immaculate. Good choice for me and my husband (both in our 60s).

Cozy is right

My husband and I loved this place as our launching/landing pad for recent weekend trip to Savannah! We parked Friday afternoon and never got back into the car until Monday. Very walkable to all the things. Even more impressive was we have never stayed in any rental this clean!! It was so clean and so cozy! Loved the linens and personal touches. Will be back!!

Historic Savannah by walking

The property is unique with a spiral staircase to the 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom. Small but perfect for two adults. Filled with lots of great amenities with one of our favorites being a waiting pitcher of ice cold water in the refrigerator after unloading the car in 90+ degree weather. The ground floor entry off an alley made for nice loading and unloading. We were then able to park the car on the street nearby (using the Park Savannah app) and just leave it there while we took advantage of the property's central location and walked everywhere in historic Savannah. Lots of good coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The hosts were great and provided excellent communication in advance and during the stay. Thank you!

Just steps from Columbia Square

Our stay was great as we were steps from Columbia Square where we could walk our dog and the 17Hundred90 which we have always enjoyed stopping by to have a drink. The first floor is the living area and kitchen with a spiral staircase to the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. Decorated beautifully with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Metered parking was easy to find around the corner on Habersham. Very quiet stay and our dog was very comfortable with everything but the stairs. Thank you Carlos, we hope to stay again in the future! FYI…VRBO (not the host) holds your deposit for 14 days after you check out. I had no issues with the return of my deposit.

Beautiful getaway in the heart of historic Savannah!

My husband and I had the opportunity to stay in this beautiful property for three days in June 2024, while we were in town to attend the National Beta Club Convention at the Savannah Convention Center. We selected this location both for its location (easy driving distance to the Convention Center and easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions) and for the historic vibe of the property. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures, and Matt and Bonnie are amazing hosts. They made the check in and check out process easy and they shared information in advance about parking, restaurants, and attractions from the "local" perspective, which was so helpful! The property itself was not only beautiful, but it was perfectly clean and also the most perfectly "stocked" property that we've had the opportunity to visit. Matt and Bonnie have thought of everything. In addition to the basics, there were a lot of thoughtful extras, from a supply of K-cups for the Keurig and a pitcher of water in the fridge, to toothbrushes (I had forgotten mine!), toothpaste, Q-tips, and cotton pads in the bathroom. We enjoyed our time in this property so much, and we would love to stay with Matt and Bonnie again. We highly recommend!
