Vacation unheated spillover pool home close to beach

Private home with two large bedrooms (king and queen beds), new mattresses, three full bathrooms. The home also includes a one car garage and private in ground screen cold pool and COLD spillover spa. Home has almost 1,500 heated square feet this is much larger than a typical two bedroom home. The newly 2023 renovated fully loaded kitchen is prefect for home cooked meals. Located just 1.5 miles to Madeira Beach. Home is located in close proximity to restaurants, shopping and movie theater's.
Although the home is located on a busy road, the double pane windows insulate the street noise and the fence secures the back yard.

We provide the following for our guests to maximize your experience:
-one 63 inch living room smart TV with wifi & a dvd player with DVD movies available, smart tv in primary bedroom antenna tv in 2nd bedroom

Centrally located to beaches only a few miles away. Home was exceptionally well stocked and everything was in order. So Clean, new TVs in bedrooms and huge screen TV in Living room. Smooth checking, great home with pool. Huge comfortable King in Master. Large 2nd bathroom, shower and tub. Host Ms. Tammie was so responsive to any needs! Will rent again when we go down. Thanks Ms. Tammie.

Great spot from which to spend the week in Tampa/St. Pete area.Tammie was so kind as to offer us a walk-thru of the property upon check-in.Floating in the pool each evening was great.

Nice house

There was a small problem in the beginning of our stay but after it was addressed, it was handled and the stay was relaxing

The small problem was not with the house but with the guests. 1st started with an incorrect # of guests. Guests kept the neighbors up till 2:30AM on a Sunday night. I contacted this renter at 12:30am. Who did return my texts until 2:15 saying they would take care of the noise and apologized. Also saying it was “ unacceptable behavior by them and it would not happen again”. I’m surprised this is mentioned in this review. This has never happened before with a renter!

Heat pool would be nice. Location on busy road but wasnt too bad getting in and out. Property owner was great in communicating. House was spacious.

Great Escape

We had so much fun here we extended our stay! The Host is incredible. The location is great for Beach Access. Having the (3rd) garage bathroom makes cleanup after pool time or Beach time a breeze. Will book again.

What a gem!

Location, location, location! 5 minutes from the beach, groceries, restaurants and shopping. Tammie is a gracious host and prompt with replies to questions. We very much enjoyed our stay and wish it could have been longer!

Home away from home

The place was on a busy street, but we had absolutely zero problems with noise or getting in and out of the circular driveway. The place was immaculate and though we weren't there much, it was awesome. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms. The best part was playing cards outside on the verandah where the pool is. Too bad it was too cold to swim. We'll stay here again in the future.

The place is lovely and roomy and in a perfect location close to my favorite beach! Everything was clean and in order..perfectly stocked and ready to use…contacting the host was easy as well...we will be back for sure! Thanks Tammie for everything!

Vacation Home Review

The location is good, short drive to beach, stores and restaurants. We felt that the house/pool & pool area could have been a little cleaner. We reported unkemptness & seeing several cockroaches to owner (She said she was sorry and will follow up).

So sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I see you’re from Pennsylvania. In Florida we have cockroaches. The house is sprayed for bugs monthly and I assure you that I take bug situations seriously! As I hate them in the house. The cleaning crew was made aware of your complaints. I will be making sure the home is clean before it’s rented again.

Swim Break!

We've had a great time at this rental. Everything we needed for our vacation was right here. We enjoyed the pool and cool Jacuzzi. The pool floats were a great bonus. The Host provided prompt responses to the few questions we had. Getting out to Madeira Beach takes a matter of minutes. This place is added to our Favorites for future reference!

Beach Getaway

The boys absolutely loved the pool! Best thing ever for them! We really enjoyed having our furry family members with us as well! The house was clean and stocked! Tammie was very kind and very accommodating! She even found sand toys for the boys to use and left popsicles! The property is very close to the beach and tons of shopping! We had a wonderful time! We will definitely stay again whenever we decide to go back to this area!

Cute house, perfect for my daughter and I. Then my sister and husband and grandson came down for a couple of days. Was sad the jacuzzi didnt work and the grass was tall, but it was awesome. Would do it again

Great stay!!

My son and i had a wonderful trip to florida. This house provided all that was needed, and then some. Plenty of space, beach towels and chairs were a plus! The host informed me the hot tub heater had stopped working, pool was still usable though! Weather was beautiful, so not an issue!! She was so nice and accomidating. Quick responses, and knowledgeable if needed!! Thabk you!!

Awesome value will rent that location again next year.

We were very impressed that when we arrived that there were condiments (ketchup, mustard, Manase, & Spices, etc.) food & beer in the refrigerator. There was every kind of countertop appliances you would ever need including tabletop Ice maker. Floats for the pool, a battery air pump for the floats, chairs, the only thing missing was a BBQ grill. The master bedroom was spacious, with California King, but the bed was hard as a rock. The garbage set on the curb the whole time & it was full, so we had bag up our waste & take it the curb on the day we departed. Oher than that it was a great experiance
