Boasting a tasteful blend of style and space, it's equipped with modern amenities for your utmost comfort. This location is unrivaled, placing Houston's finest attractions at your doorstep. Step into a beautifully designed interior, where comfort meets classy in every room.

Our home features three roomy bedrooms, each one a sanctuary of coziness with plush beds and crisp linens. Two rooms feature king size beds and the third hosts two queen size beds. All have extremely large closets and/or dressers for ample storage.

The kitchen opens up to the main areas allowing for the whole group to spend time together & is fully equipped for culinary adventures. There are two spacious living areas adorned with tasteful decor inviting you to relax and enjoy quality time with loved ones or kick up your feet and have a movie night in.

But that's not all. Our home also boasts a full size, washer & dryer in a private laundry room (only you will have access) along with a 4th Bedroom / Play Room / Home Office that is set up with two desks, a large sofa that can easily convert to another bed, and features a large closet to store games and art supplies.

On top of all of that, there is a peaceful outdoor area, perfect for those Houston evenings when the breeze kicks in. There's even a fire pit for those rare cool nights, along with an indoor fire place.

With Houston's bustling city center on your doorstep, you're never far from the best dining, shopping, and entertainment venues. The Magnolia House is less than a 2 minute drive (5 minute walk) from the infamous Galleria shopping mall, 10 minutes to Downtown, 10 minutes to City Centre, & 8 minutes to the Museum District. All of this within a stone's throw - yet, the Magnolia House couldn't be in a quieter neighborhood.

The place was very clean and exactly as pictured. The host was very responsive to any questions we had, and the location is a very good spot. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Houston Stay

The house was in the perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and comfortable. It worked great with our two small dogs. Check-in was easy. The host was great. Very good communication. Would recommend.

Great family home

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) + dog stayed here for a month during a prolonged house renovation. The location and space were great for our family and the host (Samantha) and her precious dog could not have been more welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great location! Beautiful and spacious!

The double living areas were perfect for the 80th birthday family gathering we hosted! Beautifully decorated and the mattresses and bedding were great for sleeping. Lovely patio seating area and well stocked kitchen. Owner lives in the other unit of the duplex and was super responsive. Close to great restaurants, shopping, museums, and music venues. I recommend this place highly!

Convenient location & decorated beautifully

The house is conveniently located in the center of Houston making it easy to get anywhere. We had great communication with the host. The house is decorated beautifully making it feel like a home vs a rental. There is plenty of space to spread out with two living rooms and a separate office plus the bedrooms.

Me and my sister were checking in for a weekend in Houston the house had mouse droppings all over the bathroom and urine and personal hair all over the bathroom floors truly disgusting there were silverfish in the drawers that’s alive little bug that was so gross and they eat on human flesh so need I say more. Already spoke with one of the representatives after telling the owner I was leaving immediately after walking into the place, I am expecting a full refund, but do not have it yet. This house should be taken off the listings. The owner is listed as a super host and judging by this home, I do not trust anything she says. She says she lives next-door to the unit and hasn’t been inside of it actually in a long time and it’s lifted in the cart for cleaning crew. That’s unbelievable to me and I don’t Find anything. She says to be truthful. I doubt anyone has cleaned that house in months.
