The house is nice, however, it is outfitted with the bare minimums to stay there such as dish towels, hand towels, etc. They did bring out more supplies the second day. Also, the furniture in the living room is very sparse for a home that big.

Very clean, organized, kitchen was equipped with all appliances. Close to downtown. Didnt have to drive long distance. Contraction is everywhere so plan early.

Absolutely beautiful home. My friends and I would definitely book again. Although there were stains on the comforters and ants in the master bathroom on both countertops. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful and spacious.

The townhouse was spacious with wonderful airflow and huge bathrooms. A/c was a god send in Houston’s 100-degrees temps.

Can't wait to stay again!

Place was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Grateful for the accomodations and happy to stay again! Messages were automated on behalf of the Host so we did not speak to anyone directly. However, the instructions were thorough and easy to navigate.

Lots of space in Houston

My husband, adult son and I stayed for a week over Christmas. An incredible amount of space with modern decor and furnishings. Walkable to some restaurants (highly recommend Barnaby’s and getting carry out from Pink Pizza). Also just a 10 minute walk to Buffalo Bayou Park with lots of trails and green space and a short drive to downtown.

Beautiful property, not for the weak-muscled.

Beautiful property. Enjoyable location. The only complaint that we all (group of 4) had was that the door was REALLY hard to open. Once we got the rhythm down with the code and door lever, we still had "push into" the door. Overall though, it's a fantastic property.

Great location

Updated townhome is spacious and great location to easily access Montrose and Downtown areas. Lots of people walking pets around the area. Garage is a definite plus if you have a car. Comfy beds, blackout curtains, lots of extra linens/towels. Well stocked kitchen. Only negative- Sent some minor communications about property issues to Cleveland during the stay and did not get responses. Would give 4.5 stars because of this if I could, but overall did not affect our trip.

Beautiful property

Really nice multiple floor townhome in Houston. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants nearby, clean streets, calm traffic. The downstairs bedroom was hard to sleep in, would recommend earplugs if the loud air conditioner is running, which is just outside the window. The floors throughout need a good mopping, so we just kept our shoes on. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

I found the property to be exactly like its picture

Property was the photo and when I queried the A/C in the bedroom closet to the garage Cleveland responded immediately. The same happened when I went to use the washing machine. This did not impact our stay negatively as sometimes things just happen and the host's prompt response was most appreciated. I have one suggestion and that is to act quickly to fix minor issues before renting out this lovely property again. Thanks, Cleveland

Wonderful home, bad communication

We loved everything about this home. It was clean and very spacious. The only complaint we have is lack of communication with the property manager. When we arrived, we were surprised to find there was only one bath towel for each guest. When we tried to reach out to the property to see if we could get extra towels, we got no response. We decided to do a load of laundry to get us through our visit, but the sensor on the washing machine was broken and we couldn’t figure out how to get it to work. The property manager provided no phone number so we had to rely on messaging her through the website and she was either very slow to respond or would not respond at all. The kitchen was also very sparsely stocked. We wouldn’t have been able to cook if we wanted to. So, if you’re content with minimalism and not being able to reach the property manager, this is the place for you.

Montrose Getaway

The accommodation was better than the pictures! Clean, modern, and convenient location (near downtown and easy access to expressways). The neighborhood is calm, quaint and charming. Cleveland was an attentive host with excellent communication, and helpful input. Easy no contact check-in. Checkout instructions were simple, not burdensome. Would definitely book again!
