Este acogedor y muy conveniente 'Planta Baja' 2 dormitorios / 1. La casa de 5 baños es el alquiler familiar perfecto para disfrutar al máximo de South Padre Island. El condominio cuenta con un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, una cocina totalmente equipada y habitaciones con colchones muy cómodos. Una cama queen size en el dormitorio principal y una cama individual y una cama queen size en el dormitorio # 2. Hay un centro de lavadora y secadora vertical convenientemente ubicado en la casa y cerca de las habitaciones. La playa está a solo un paseo rápido (unos 4-5 minutos) al este del condominio. La calle principal de South Padre Island está a media cuadra hacia el oeste, muy cerca de varios restaurantes y tiendas minoristas de novedad. Una maravillosa y refrescante piscina semiprivada (compartida solo por dos unidades) te espera a ti y a tu familia cuando regreses de la playa. Place is nice and clean, 3 min walk to beach, very convenient. Pool area was clean as well! Enjoyed every minute at SPI. Check in and out was smooth, We'll be back for sure!

Short walk to beach

Overall the property was exactly what we were looking for . Private ( semi ) pool , quick walk to beach and restaurants . The unit is dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent again ! Thanks for a great get away .

Roberto was an excellent host, helping us multiple times during our December stay. The beach access is a short walk and we found it less crowded than other spots on the island. Having a grill on the pool deck is a great amenity for those longer stays. Thanks again Roberto for making our stay amazing.

Perfect for what our family needed.

This was our first time to SPI, Texas as a whole for that matter. We received a huge welcome by century record rain with flash flooding and spent our 1st night in the airport:/Roberto was so caring and very responsive. We extended our trip and Roberto graciously gave us 1 night with no charge to “makeup” for our loss in the beginning. Pool and patio area offered such reprieve after a long day exploring or having a slow start in the morning. There was beeaxh access less than a block away which was a plus! If we find our selves back IN SPI we definitely will contact Roberto to book lodging!

Nice property

We enjoyed our recent stay here. The condo was clean and check in was much smoother than I've had at other locations. Roberto was very attentive to any issues we had & quick to remedy any problems. The pool was so nice after a day at the beach & having an outdoor shower was amazing to get ALL of the sand off. Our suggestion would be to have hooks to hang towels & swimsuits on and maybe a shower curtain out there. I was also very happy to be able to bring my dog along. He had a great time too! The beach is a short walk away if you aren't carrying too many things!

Convenient, comfortable, wonderful place

Just a great location for a beach vacation. My wife and I stayed here during our first trip to South Padre. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun week including a nice pool in the backyard. The condo is located just 1/2 block of the main strip so it is within walking distance of many restaurants and super close to multiple beach access points. We had a great time!

Great Condo!

Condo was in a perfect location. Close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice pool area. Comfortable furniture and beds. The water went off one evening around 10 PM, I messaged asking about it, figuring since it was late, I would receive a response in the morning. I received an immediate response. He called the water company and reported back to me that it was a water leak and the water was off but would be back on in two hours or less. Can't say enough on how impressed I was with this level of responsiveness. I would not hesitate to book again here!

We enjoyed our stay

The property was very nice , close to the beach and shops . The only problem would be the guests upstairs, it sounded like they were moving furniture all night . Otherwise nice stay .

Great time at SPI!

First thing is this unit is at a great location! Very short walking distance to the beach which was great because my kids (8 yrs & 6yrs old) always forgot a toy, beach towel, etc. back at the beach house and since it was so close I didn't mind going back and forth to grab whatever we needed. Second, the unit was very clean when we arrived and the perfect size for our small family of four. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool in the evenings after spending the day at the beach. We even used the provided BBQ pit near the swimming pool one evening which was really nice. The patio area near the pool was nicely decorated and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting out there while the kiddos played in the pool. My only complaint about this unit which was previously mentioned by another reviewer was the noise that carried over from the upstairs unit. I believe the upstairs unit kitchen and living area may have been directly over our unit because we could hear voices, footsteps and especially the dining room tables being moved around. The family above us had only a small child in their group of 6 so it's not like there were a bunch of loud teenagers moving around it was probably just normal movement that carried over. There was only night that the noise woke us up around 2am. My kids slept through it and I was so tired I fell back asleep but unfortunately my wife is a light sleeper so she lost some sleep that night. So overall we really enjoyed our stay and thought the unit was great but I would have to say that if you are a light sleeper just keep in mind that noise from the above unit definitely carries through the ceiling down to the bottom unit.

Property close to beach in a good neighborhood.

Beach is only a block away. It is a easy walk. The property is older but well kept and well maintained. Everything was clean and in working order. The 2 bedroom property was spacious and my family had plenty of room. The half bath allowed extra acres to a sink which a family needs. The washer and dryer were very helpful and easy to use. We would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.

Great Property

The condo was nothing fancy but served it's purpose and as others have mentioned it was very clean upon arrival. I loved that I could bring my dogs along for the beach adventure. This is a bottom floor apartment so be prepared to hear a lot of noise from the top condo. Surprisingly the maid was actually the loudest with the stomping, but the floors must not have great insulation because one night we were kept awake all night due to a vibrating cell phone that nobody heard ringing upstairs. Though you could hear the upstairs condo, you could not hear outside noise so that was good. The shower is very small. I am not a large or tall person and I could not move very much in the shower. Pool is in the direct sun almost all day long so I would suggest possibly putting an umbrella out there to add some shade. These are very minor complaints and did not change my overall impression. It was very close to the beach which was a great plus and washer/dryer, outdoor shower were very useful amenities as well. Thanks for a great stay! Would recommend.

Wish stay could have been longer

Great location, quiet and friendly neighborhood. Well maintained pool and garden areas. It was comfortable and the washer and dryer were a real plus. Utensils and pots and pans could be updated. Would recommend to friends and family. The weather and experiences in SPI were wonderful.

Would Book Again

The unit was very clean upon arrival and the extremely friendly owner was on the premises and greeted us. We had a great experience vacationing with our dogs and would book one of Roberto's units again in a heart beat.

Great place! Close to beach!

This place was perfect for our vacation! We had close beach access and the place was very clean. The shower was a bit small, but it did the job well. Loved the neighborhood, and it was the perfect size to vacation comfortably! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The only downfall was the upstairs neighbors made a lot of noise, but it didn't keep us from enjoying ourselves! If you're looking for a nice place, with close beach access, this is the place! :) Roberto was also very nice through the entire process :)

Place was great for the price. The unit was equipped with almost everything. It was nice and clean. It had a dvd player which we used at night when we rented movies. Nice walk to the beach! We will definitely be coming back next year.

property just as described

This was a great vacation! Everything was just as described. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was very clean. It was a great location. We walked to the beach, and restaurants. upon arrival we noticed the kitchen was missing a skillet, Roberto was there in minutes and located the missing skillet. The kitchen had everything we needed. While visiting be sure to go to the bird sanctuary and turtle rescue center. Us adults and our two children enjoyed both of those.

It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin.
