Wonderful getaway to the beach!

Met our best friend from out of state and had a lovely 4 days. Condo is directly across from the beach and easy access to everything. Was stocked with everything we need. A little older of a unit but exactly what we needed.

Fantastic condo, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable and the entire place was nice and clean when we arrived. I would recommend bringing any spices you might want if you’re going to cook, and I include salt and pepper in that as there wasn’t any. Communication with the manager of the property was super easy, especially before our trip. I 10/10 recommend this place!

Cozy condo after long day at the beach

Frequent traveler to SPI for beach relaxation and location was perfect just across the street from the beach. Condo met my needs very cozy for a family of 4.

Excellent Place to Stay!

Getting key was no problem, pay attention to exact name of your building. Very Clean and comfortable. A little walk away from beach, overall wonderful place to stay. We will be going back :)

Perfect location—short walk to the beach, huge balcony for pretending you own the place. The main bathroom? Two doors, zero locks. It’s like a trust exercise every time you shower. Bedrooms? Also lock-free. Privacy clearly isn’t part of the décor. Still had a great time though, and I’d come back… preferably with my own locks and maybe a “Do Not Enter” sign.

The place is dated but in good shape, typical of condos in this price range. My biggest complaint is the pillows are small and flat. There is no reason not to have decent pillows Otherwise, was as expected and very conveniently located directly across the street from the beach.

The furniture on the balcony needs to be removed as it is very rusty and very cluttered so that it makes the balcony hard to enjoy.

Our stay was quiet and comfortable. I think sleeping 6 could be challenging. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked pretty well. It had 2 loveseats in the living room area and a table and chairs in the dining area. The condo definitely could use some updating as the paint and the decor looks like it’s been there at least 15 years or more. The newest telephone book was from 2018. The beds were comfortable and for the price I would stay again. There is a slight view of the Gulf from the front bedroom. All in all it was a good stay for the 4 of us.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property’s location is very convenient for beach access. The unit itself is outdated in the kitchen. Can totally live with that since cooking wasn’t an important factor in our stay. Our biggest disappointments were the quality of the mattresses, the age and uncleanliness of the living room sofa, the need to bring your own soaps and shampoos, and the dirty floors (our feet were nearly black from dirt).
