Este es un alquiler de vacaciones muy bien decorado. Disfrute del porche cubierto o aproveche la piscina comunitaria y la cancha de tenis para que disfrute de sus vacaciones. (No hay salvavidas en la piscina - nade bajo su propio riesgo). Tres décimas de milla hasta la playa. La planta principal cuenta con cocina, comedor, sala de estar y medio baño. El segundo piso cuenta con dos dormitorios y dos baños. Sin mascotas. No Fumar. Ropa de cama y toallas no se proporcionan, pero están disponibles por un cargo adicional. Great place overall, but needs a few minor updates to be 5 stars :-)

This place is great for a family of 4 or even 5. A short walk from downtown, with a pool and great tennis court. Good quality bikes available to use as well. Loved that there were board games and puzzles. Window blinds on both sliders need to be replaced , as they are really hard to open and close, needs more lighting in the living room and a new toilet seat in the guest bathroom on the 2nd floor. Also, bedspreads should be washed or updated. Overall, we would consider this property again if these things are updated.

Clean house and great location/poor communication

On the positive side, the house was clean and plenty of card and board games and sport equipment for adults. The location is first-rate - quiet and about 1/2 mile from the beach. The pool was 200 feet from the front door. Two blocks from the library. On the negative side, while the furniture is old, the coffee maker and microwave are especially old and need replacing. The pool was not working for three days. We found out about it when my 7 yr old daughter walk to the pool and saw a "closed" sign. This should have been communicated to us via phone, text or email. When I asked Wilgus the mgr stated that the property mgr does most of the maintenance and communication. However renters are told to contact Wilgus. When I asked whether there are other public pools in the area, Wilgus was unhelpful. On the 4th day we went to pool because it was suppose to be repaired but the door was locked. I therefore had to contact Wilgus about the continued pool closure. They sent someone out and we were let into the pool an hour later.

Easy to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The unit was one of the cleanest we have ever had. You can tell the owners take good care of the property. The updates they have done are quality. The Kitchen Aid appliances seemed brand new. Love that the fridge had filtered water and ice. The kitchen was well-stocked. We had 4 adults staying here and the size was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again. The people at Wilgus were very friendly when we checked in and out.

Location is terrific, perfect distance to town/beach. Pool wonderfully positioned and perfect temperature. Community quiet and friendly. Back screened in porch great for outdoor dining. Place a little dated but a good value.

Great location!

You can't beat this location for the price. Pool and tennis courts right outside, 10 minute walk to downtown, residential parking permit made it easy to get to the beach with all of our stuff everyday. We definitely plan to look at this home when we come again in 2 years!

Great location

Great townhouse located walking distance from the beach and boardwalk (about 0.5 miles). Clean property, main floor a little dark and outdated but large and bright bedrooms on the second floor. Community swim pool in front of the house.

After years of staying on ocean block, it is amazing the value of a place like this considering how close it is to town. The included parking passes make heading to the beach a breeze. And I loved having a pool right there for an end of the day dip.But the place could use a little TLC. The door/window blinds all had issues, almost all the plates/cups/bowls could use a refresh, there was no furniture on the bedroom balcony, the kitchen has limited cabinet/pantry space for food. Wilgus was great with the issues we had, and it wasn't bad. It's just the little things that you notice when you are there for a whole week.

Happy with our stay!

Had a great vacation! Everything with this property was good with only one minor exception of not having much room to store grocery items/dry foods but they have everything needed to cook with... which was great! Loved the screened in porch to :). Would recommend!

Great central Bethany location, with good amenities and well-appointed

This property was perfect for my family of five to stay and enjoy everything Bethany has to offer. It’s a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, and has a pool and tennis court. The house was clean and had everything you need. We enjoyed the screened in porch, patio, bikes, the gas grill, and other extra items the owners had available for guests to use. Very accommodating. Great overall experience Highly recommended. We will be back!

The mermaid watched over us!

This neighborhood is beautifully setup for kids. Our grandchildren love the pool and riding their bikes around where they are protected from the heavy beach traffic. The townhouse was attractively decorated, and the kitchen had just about every implement you could want. This is the 3rd house we have rented in as many years. We had a great time and despite minor points: We missed miss having large coffee mugs and longed for more room for toiletries near the master bath sink. It would be great if the second bedroom had a queen bed instead of standard double.
