Welcome to Petey’s Paradise, your perfect vacation getaway, Mi casa es su casa (make yourself at home, my house is your house). This newly remodeled property offers nearly an acre of outdoor space overflowing with endless amenities which include a brand-new modern style saltwater pool heated year-round*, sports court/corn hole, BBQ, custom bar area, pool table, and sleeping space for up to 10 people.

This single-story ranch style home offers a spacious 2,850 square feet of living space, with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms to easily accommodate up to ten guests – a beautiful and fun property for those looking to get away and experience all that Scottsdale has to offer.

When you arrive you will step through the front door and find yourself in the main great room with an open floor plan, that has the perfect sized living room, dining area, and the kitchen/custom bar area for all your entertainment needs.

Living Room: This open space offers cozy/contemporary furnishings including a comfy large sectional, fireplace, and a 75” Smart TV.

Kitchen: The kitchen is an open concept meant for entertaining, with bar style seating around a large island, and an attached custom bar area. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee station, and everything else needed for all your desired cooking needs.

Dining Area: The dining area is set up for larger groups so you can cook while hanging around the kitchen dining space/living room together.

Game Room: The game room features a custom-built pool table area for those days/nights you just want to kick back. We also offer a variety of games you can find around the house and in our outdoor oasis.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom space- Low profile King bed, Smart TV, and bay doors with view of the pool and access to backyard. There is also a day bed/trundle pullout in the space that can be used as an extra spot for the little ones or if you’ll want to use the space as a sleepover party. The en suite bathroom offers a dual head shower, custom tiled, and walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 – Twin sized Bunk beds which offer more room for activities, perfect space for the little ones or if you’re using the space as a bachelor/bachelorette getaway and the crew wants to share the spot.

Bedroom 3 – Queen bed in a cozy and bright space, Smart TV, Remote working space, and an attached en suite bathroom that feature dual sinks and shower/bath.

Bedroom 4 – Two Queen beds, Smart TV View of backyard/pool.

Outdoor Oasis:
This home features a 360-degree view of Palm Trees and Mountains including Camelback, Phoenix Mountain Preserves, and McDowell Mountains, which are perfect for the insanely beautiful Arizona sunrises & sunsets. Relax and unwind entertaining next to the heated and chilled pool (temp adjusted upon request for a fee), outdoor sitting/hang area, BBQ Grill, and a 15’x 15’ fire pit sunken style lounge area with seating for everyone, corn hole, pool floats, and all the ample seating choices. You will love being out here in all year round!

Laundry: Full sized washer and dryer in attached 2-car garage

Entertainment: Pool Table, boardgames, outdoor games, Smart TVs throughout home.

Pool: Yes, heated upon request in winter, and chilled in the summer, for a fee.

Firepit Chill Area: Yes, large enough to fit everyone, wood is provided upon request.

Parking: 2 car attached garage, plenty of parking for up to 10 cars.

Air Conditioning: Yes

Security cameras: Yes, outside only covering entrances and pool equipment.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the front house, backyard, 2 car attached garage, parking in the front, driveway of garage as well as all the amenities inside. There is a separate casita/2nd backyard that is not accessible to guests. Key code access will be given to guests prior to arrival.

Note*: The pool can be heated upon request prior to your arrival up to a maintain a temperature of 82-85 degrees for a fee of $100 per day during the colder winter months, and chilled in the summertime. Hint: Pool gets chilly in winter if not heated

Neighborhood quiet areas are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and enforced by Scottsdale city ordinances. Thank you in advance for respecting our neighbors. Parties are not allowed.
