We had an awesome trip. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It was very clean. It looked just like the pictures. It was very spacious. The owner was responsive but was unable to fix our issues during our stay. The washing machine was broken shortly before we arrived. The owner did not have time to address it before we arrived and was unable to have it fixed during our stay. This caused us to lose 2 days of activities due to having to go to the laundromat. I have to wash clothes traveling with a middle school aged boy. The garbage disposal was broken which was also known before we arrived but not fixed. I would not care but the kitchen sink was very slow to drain. We were unable to get any of the TVs to work except the living room after I located the fire stick under some items unplugged. There were a few inconveniences for the price of the rental but overall a very enjoyable stay.

Extremely nice home and neighborhood, everything was perfect. Lots of space and storage and fun features like auto lights in the bathroom at night not bright but just enough and in the master closet. Great back yard enjoyed all of the birds and so on. Would stay again.

Family getaway

We had a great time, everyone enjoyed Williams for 4th of July!! The VRBO was very nice with plenty of room for everyone. Neighborhood and neighbors were super nice!! Would definitely recommend!

Gem In The High Desert of Williams, AZ

The home was very comfortable. It fit our need to a "tee". It is on a golf course and it was fun sitting on the patio watching the golfers. We took some awesome walks, viewed many of the sites around the area, and ate in some great restaurants. Overall we really enjoyed the area and the property. Cooled off real nice in the evenings and early mornings.

A Great Place to Stay

We would highly recommend this house! We had a family vacation with 10 of us (my husband and myself, our 4 adult children, 2 son in-laws and 2 granddaughters). It was big enough we never felt in each others way with 4 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms. It was in great location close to Williams. Our only regret was we couldn’t take the house with us when we left. Lol

Family choice

Great place to spend time with the family. Very roomy, large kitchen and large backyard for the grandkids to run around in. Will definitely come back again

Family golfing trip

The house was fantastic. Perfect location with a beautiful deck area to drink coffee and watch the golfers. Plenty of room for our family. We will definitely go back.

Great overall!

The owner was always quick to respond and is a gracious host. House is clean. Beds are comfy. The living room and kitchen are spacious, which is great for a bigger group. Backyard is fenced in, super nice for our dog. Loved our stay! Will definitely book again when we come back to Williams next summer.

Trains freeway spiders

Trains and freeway are block away you hear it all day and night. House is full of spiders. Beautiful home. People before us left trash food trash on the outdoor tables and soda cans On back patio wasn't wiped down whatsoever. Crumbs on the kitchen counter.

Spacious getaway.

Large house home which is close all attractions in Williams - Elephant Rock gold course, Bearizona, Deer Farm and Cataract Lake. House was clean, perfect layout for several families and owner very responsive. I would highly recommend this house for perfect getaway.

Great stay!

Bryan’s home is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood overlooking a golf course. Less then 2 miles to Williams center and Cataract Lake. We will definitely stay here again.
