Bienvenidos a este oasis hermoso Cape Cod. Completamente renovado y rancho impecable situado en un hermoso lote de esquina en un gran barrio para caminar, andar en bicicleta y llegar donde quieras rápidamente! Los nuevos muebles, accesorios y pintura, inspirados en los colores del verano y la playa, lo relajarán instantáneamente. Disfrute de su café en el flamante patio trasero, haga una barbacoa en la nueva parrilla de gas o vea a sus hijos jugar en el enorme patio desde la comodidad de las sillas Adirondack. Cargue su coche con los refrigeradores, sillas de playa, toallas de playa y juguetes de playa (todo proporcionan para su conveniencia!) y dirígete a Smuggler's Beach, a menos de 5 minutos sin tener que tomar la ruta 28. Perfect Home - Great Location

I enjoyed staying in this house for a weekend get away by myself. It was very clean, comfortable and updated. The property was exactly as advertised. It is a very cute "Cape Cod" cottage. The location was great for beaches, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was very quiet. The owners were very accommodating. I look forward to returning for another relaxing weekend!

Stayed at the Cape many times and this is the best accommodation we have had. The hosts have thought of everything for an enjoyable stay, including exercise equipment which I found useful. The location was excellent for any part of the Cape including many nice beaches and the house had whole-house AC. It has been renovated to a very high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Family trip to Cape Cod

The house was perfect. It was clean, looked exactly as shown and had everything we needed. The owners were helpful with providing us local information and answered all my questions promptly. The house was very clean and an excellent location central on Cape Cod near the Cape Cod Rail Trail access. Easy check-in process with a code for the door. The owner was very fast to respond and we would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Cape Stay

My family and I had the best long weekend, the house was awesome! Everyone was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and location of the home. We were less than 15 minutes from downtown Hyannis and Harwich Port. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay, there was also a filtered water tank which was great. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great stay on the Cape

Wonderful house for a stay on Cape Cod. Very clean! Well stocked with everything you need. Nicely stocked kitchen with good knives and plenty of pans, dishes and glasses. Did not even mind washing dishes. Tracy the owner was very helpful with providing information on beaches, resturants and things to do. Would definately stay here again.

Cape Cod family Vacation

We had the best time on our family vacation and this home is absolutely perfect! It’s in a great location, close to beaches and cute downtown locations. It was clean and updated and had all the essentials. Beach chairs, towels and a cooler were provided and that was a lifesaver for us since we were traveling from so far away. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Cape Cod!

Amazing!!

Loved it Loved it Loved it! We spent 11nights at the cottage and enjoyed our time there so much A very clean and well looked after property with everything you could possibly need. Ideal location for getting out and about with the nearest beach just a 5 minute drive. We didn't want to leave and really hope to return sometime in the near future!!

This house is in the small traditional cape cod style that has been completely remodeled both inside and outside and looks brand new. Two bedrooms, the master has a king with two white cane tables and a cane chest of drawers with a tv on top. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with a tv. one small bathroom, shower tub combo, Kitchen is unusually well stocked and has new appliances. It appears to be summer home of owner with numerous personal touches. I felt like I got to know the owner vicariously. Lawn is professionally maintained. Convenient to grocery store, beach, restaurants seasonal fish market and, of course, all of cape cod. We loved it, Thank you Tracy.

Relaxing, Clean & Perfect Location!

We,( Four adults and baby) all had a great vacation and immediately felt at home in this open and bright house. We did not feel cramped. The baby even slept soundly each nite which was rare. Loved the outside patio area which was so quiet. Walking was safe and handy. Kyacking and fishing at Bass River & Scargo Lake were enjoyable. Smugglers Beach was beautiful and was so close. We really connected to nature and enjoyed picnic lunches and eating out by the ocean. We were able to use the grill at the house for dinner and ate out a few nites. The Natural History Museum is great for nature and walking by the ocean. We enjoyed shopping at the Hyannis Mall and Cuffy's in West Dennis. We were able to see a gorgeous sunset at BassHole(Grays Beach) in Yarmouthport at the end of our vacation. The use of beach chairs, cooler, washing machine, outside shower and mudroom was so handy. Thank you Tracy and Dave for a great vacation and rental experience!

My daughter & I had a lovely time here. The outdoor shower was one of our favorite things! Neighborhood was quiet & centrally located as a “home base” for us. Home from home

Ideally situated in a quiet neighbourhood and yet only three minutes drive from all of the local amenities. Tracy was very helpful prior to our arrival in providing advice / suggestions to enable us to quickly settle into the property. The house was perfect for our week stay and was well stocked with household essentials. Would definitely recommend to others, and would have no hesitation in staying in the property again if we are ever in the area. Thanks for a great home from home stay.

Perfect house that made for a great vacation!

The house was very very clean, well stocked with all of the necessities you would want/need when staying away from home and is in a great location. We enjoyed many activities right out on Route 28, which is close by (mini golf at Pirate's Cove, Cape Cod Creamery and even down further the Wellfleet drive-in). The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I have to say the bed and pillows in the master bedroom, along with the room darkening shades, let me get the best rest of my life! Tracy was great to work with! And I look forward to renting this house again!
