Your Cape Cod adventure begins at this fabulous 2-bedroom house within short walking distance to the beach! Inside, guests will find a California King bed, a Queen bed with a Twin trundle, and a cozy living room with a Queen sofa bed. With BRAND NEW Central AC, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, this charming property has everything you need in the interior for a fantastic stay, but just wait until you see the outdoor space! There is a fully fenced in back yard complete with huge patio, fire pit, outdoor shower, lawn space for games, and bistro lights. There is also a grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.

There are 4 beaches located within a mile and a half, Thachers (0.8 miles), Seaview (0.8 miles), Parkers River (0.9 miles), and Smugglers (1.4 miles). A short, 10-15 minute walk will get you to three of those beaches, Pirates Cove mini golf, the Wydah Pirate Museum, two of the best restaurants in Yarmouth (The Skipper and Captain Parker's), and so much more. Golf courses, adorable coffee shops, delicious restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, salons, playgrounds, and anything else you need are within a 5 minute drive. You can get to Hyannis to go whale-watching or catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket in 15 minutes, Main Street in Chatham (check out The Squire!) in 30 minutes, and Truro Vineyards for some wine-tasting in under and hour. After wine-tasting, finish your tour of the entire Cape by continuing the last five minutes to Provincetown, the very tip of MA, and a must see. Making this house your home base will help you experience everything Cape Cod has to offer!

We had a great stay. Very responsive hosts. The house layout is practical. We made good use of the living room, kitchen, outdoor shower, and back patio/yard. Lots of restaurants nearby and the hosts’ recommendations were appreciated.

The house is perfect for a getaway. The accommodations were perfect, and the home was very well-appointed. There was excellent attention to detail, and the home was exceptionally clean. The extras like beach chairs, beach towels, and firewood for the firepit were above and beyond expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend this home for your next stay. The location was central to Cape attractions, and the walk to the beach was easy and safe.

Really nothing major wrong…a few of the rugs needed a cleaning and probably not enough lighting in the back yard at night…Almost dangerous without lanterns or flashlights which we couldn’t find in the house.We enjoyed our stay, appreciated the white binder FULL of helpful information and had wonderful family time together!thank you!

We had a wonderful time and will definitely return for a future visit! Mike and Kayla are the most gracious hosts ever! The home was sparkling clean and fully stocked with everything you could need or want for a week’s vacation. From soap to fresh cut flowers the attention to detail is what made our stay so comfortable. Bedrooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Every night we enjoyed outside dining in the fabulous back yard - all fenced in so the kids could run around! We could easily fit our cars in the driveway and LOVED that we could get to the beach so quickly!! This home has it all!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how spotlessly clean and well organized everything was. The home was not only beautifully maintained, but also thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials — from fresh towels and extra linens to soap, paper products. It made settling in so easy and stress-free.What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the location. The house is perfectly situated just minutes from several public beaches that were ideal for families. We spent our days at the beach, relaxing in the sun, and it was so nice to come back to such a comfortable, welcoming home base each evening.We can't recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're planning a family vacation or just need a relaxing coastal escape, this rental checks every box. We'll definitely be back!

Can't wait to come back!

What a beautiful home! This rental included everything that we needed and was so clean. The space was used well to give us plenty of room to prepare meals and spend time together. Both beds were really comfy and all the appliances worked well. Also, we loved the backyard outdoor setup to eat meals and use the fire pit (logs were included!). We hired a local chef to do a Clambake, and it was really fun to have him cook outside and then sit at the fire pit after dinner. The location is great as well as the beach is walkable and there is easy access to everything on Hwy 28. The hosts provided everything we needed in advance of the trip and were so kind and responsive during our stay. We had an awesome time in Cape Cod and can’t wait to get back. We’ll try to rent Way Enough every time!

Mike is from central MA and Kayla is from just north of Boston... Massachusetts people through and through. We met as members of the Boston University rowing team, dated, got married, bought a house, and the rest is history. We love to travel the world, eat delicious food at local restaurants, and visit breweries.

Mike grew up traveling to the Cape with his family over the summer, and we are so excited to have a home here now. The house is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Gateway Isles- peaceful, picturesque, super walkable, and quiet. The sun sets over the river and provides some gorgeous views in the evening. In under a 15 minute walk, you can be relaxing on the beach, or dining at delicious restaurants. Drive 10 minutes to Hyannis to go whale watching or catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket, 20 minutes to the beautiful beaches in Dennis, 30 minutes to Chatham to poke into quaint little shops on Main Street, and under an hour to go wine tasting at Truro Vineyards or visit iconic Provincetown, a must-see.

We love the coziness of this house, the proximity to the beach and excellent restaurants, and the ability to get anywhere on the Cape super easily. There's nothing better than grilling burgers on the patio at sunset after a day on the beach down the street. The fire pit is such a fun addition to the outdoor space, and we LOVE the outdoor shower. The beds are super comfortable, there's plenty of storage, and the coziness of the house is balanced by a great layout, making ideal use of the space.
