ESTA UNIDAD TIENE UN REQUISITO DE SÁBADO A SÁBADO DURANTE LA TEMPORADA ALTA ¡RESERVE AHORA ANTES DE QUE SE ACABE! "Seas the Day" una semana o un mes en el condominio Gulf Dunes 301. Es una unidad de esquina del lado este de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños ubicada justo en la playa con fenomenales vistas frontales del golfo completo. Venga a disfrutar de la arena blanca azucarada y las brillantes aguas azules que nuestra playa virgen y llena de gente tiene para ofrecer. Este condominio tiene nuevos propietarios y todos los muebles han sido reemplazados, tiene electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todo el condominio ha sido pintado. El condominio puede acomodar hasta 8 personas cuando utiliza el nuevo sofá cama Queen. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y está equipada con todos los utensilios de cocina y utensilios necesarios para preparar una fiesta para todo el grupo. Esta cocina incluso tiene un Keurig, una olla de barro y una palomita de maíz de aire caliente.

Close enough to Destin if you want to take part in the tourist activities, but far enough away from the noise. We loved that the building only has 6 floors. It is steps from the beach and has 2 great pools to use. The daily beach service is also an awesome perk. Highly recommend this condo. We will be booking this condo again. Whenever we return to the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location, location! Just the perfect spot This was our second year at gulf dunes and the first in unit 301. The nice thing about the complex is the representative is onsite 5 days a week. The maintenance guys could not be nicer. Really fabulous people! The unit is recently remodeled and beautiful. The living room furniture looks wonderful but is really not too comfortable. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. The unit appears clean but we found toys behind the couches and under the beds so we know the cleaning folks are just doing a surface clean. We did have roaches the last 3 days of our stay (and we don’t cook there or leave food out unless it’s in Ziploc bags) so that was really disappointing. The beach is ideal and the beach service guy, Dan, was super-friendly and helpful. His guys always had our chairs up and ready to go each morning by the time we got down there! Excellent experience! Although the pool is small, it’s sufficient and spotlessly clean!!! Parking was excellent.

Beautiful condo with all the necessary kitchen needs.

We loved this condo more than any of the others we rented previously. The balcony chairs were perfect for morning coffee and sunset conversation.

A week at Gulf Dunes in Unit 301

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and we enjoyed it immensely! It was clean and very well stocked. The balcony was wonderful! We sat out every morning drinking our coffee and people watching! It was perfect!! We enjoyed that it was an end unit and was a very short walk to the beach! The beds were not the most comfortable but we still slept great!!The only complaint I have is that the water pressure in the master bath sinks was very poor but we overlooked that because the master bath itself is to die for!! My daughter showered in there instead of the bathroom attached to her bedroom. Overall we had an excellent week and would definitely go back to Gulf Dunes Unit 301!!!

We really enjoyed it, the condo was spacious and had plenty of seating in the living room. It was clean and no sand on the floor when we got there. There was plenty of utensils and pans in the kitchen for what we needed. The property was kept clean.

Family Spring Break Get-Away

Beautiful view of the beach, gulf, and pier. Nice third floor end unit condo in a quiet area, close to groceries and restaurants. Plenty of space for our family. Kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes and small appliances. Love that the beach service was included.

Beautiful home away from home

The condo was exactly what was pictured and described. Very clean. We had to email about our freezer leaking and they had somone called and scheduled the next day to fix it. All communications were fast and easy for everything. . Loved all the amenities and decor. True beach home! Location was fantastic! My family really enjoyed everything about it! The beach was amazing and not crowded even during spring break. We definitely see ourselves staying here again!
