Thankful for the updated kitchen appliances and nice living room furniture, as well as master bed and bath. Twin bed in 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced...seems broken. It slanted. Balcony furniture nice except for plastic chaise lounge chair. Broken so did not use.

Great view and clean!!

The property was very nice and clean! The view of the gulf was fantastic! The furniture on the balcony in the listing is different than the actual furniture at the property. In the picture there is an outside table with tall chairs. At the property there's a couch, a chair, and a side table. We were looking forward to eating at the table on the deck with the view from the taller chairs. The other chairs work they just not what we were expecting. But would definitely stay again!

Awful beds. No blanket for pullout

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are two twin beds, one king bed, and 2 pullout beds. The king and two twins need to be replaced. You can feel the springs on the twin beds and the king bed feels like a trampoline. Also, there were no blankets for the pullout beds and no pillowcases for the extra pillows. We didn’t know there was no blankets for the pullout beds until late at night and everything was closed. My kids had no blanket to sleep with on the first night. Other than sleeping issues, the place was the perfect size. Great location. I would stay here again if the beds were replaced.

2021 Vacation rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Except for the pullout couches, the experience was excellent. We had 8 guests, so full capacity, and we were unable to utilize the pullout couches as the mattresses were almost nonexistent on them. Very thin and worn out, metal frame cut into our legs getting on and off. It was impossible to to sleep on them. We had 2 of our guests sleeping in the recliners. They definitely need to upgrade those if they’re going to list this as an 8 person accommodation.
