There is plenty of parking space at the house to trailer your boat. Located just steps from Lake Champlain and convenient to Ausable Chasm, Ausable Brewery and Highlands Vineyard, there is no shortage of things to do and places to experience.

This is a rural lake view property with opportunities to see native wildlife such as deer and fox. This property is not lake front.

Parking on site for two-three cars and a boat.

This property is not lakefront and does not have a dock or mooring.
Upon your departure, please ensure the following:

1. Remove all food from the fridge and freezer.
2. Take out the trash.
3. Turn off all appliances.
4. Gather any dirty linen and place it in the bathroom.
5. Double-check for any personal belongings.
