We had a wonderful stay. The location was great-walking distance to just about everything you want. We did struggle a little bit with the mattress, not being very comfortable, but other than that, we would absolutely stay again. It was a great price for what we got! Errin was great to work with!

Location is really good - central to church st shops and the water/public marina is within walking distance as well. Off street parking is a huge bonus. The studio itself is okay - seems somewhat pricey for what you get. A little noisy at night but not terrible.

Very happy with our stay - the host communicated all info very well and was in touch through out our visit. The studio is just perfect for a visit nearby with our grandkids - the kitchen was very nicely stocked for Kuerig coffee & great coffee mugs! Very nicely newly decorated - track lighting a plus - along with cozy bed lights - parking right outside door - will def return

Great central location to downtown and UVM. Included parking space was a HUGE bonus - no worries about street parking. Walking distance to several shops and restaurants, and the waterfront. Will definitely book this place again as it is the perfect size and around the corner from my daughter’s apartment.

The place itself is fine but across the street from a bar where they have live music on the weekend until well past midnight. There is little sound isolation and so you really do hear the loud music. Addict going through the trash cans this morning at 9 AM.

The property was centrally located to Church Street and Lake Champlain. It was clean and had everything one would need for a stay. The owner was very attentive and great at communicating.

The studio was perfect for the two of us. It was very clean for us upon check in. Booking and check in was easy. Communication with the host was within minutes.It was a perfect location to walk downtown and easy access to roads to get out and explore/leave peep VT.(We discovered creamees at a local farm and had to try different farms every day.)I’d comeback for just them.

Quick trip to Burlington

We were visiting our son to see him play a show. This property happened to be directly across the street from the venue so it was very convenient.

This worked well for an overnight. Good communication with host. We appreciated that there were bars in the bathroom for towels. It was right by a bar with loud music but the Window AC unit helped cover up the noise so we were able to sleep.

The studio was perfect and location was great. Only reason I did not give 5 stars was that while there was a Keurig machine and pods, there was no creamer or sugar.

This property was dingy and all the furnishings, linens etc were old, cheap and beat up. The exception was the bed which was newer but the cheapest mattress the host could find. It was painful and uncomfortable. The towels were old, tired and dingy. The coffee maker had mold inside the lid and water reservoir. The shelf where the coffee mugs were stored was incredibly dusty. The pillows were filthy. There was visible dirt on the end of one of the pillows and when the case was pulled back it was stained and yellowed. Most hosts want you to have a great experience. This host is all about ripping you off. We opted not stay the other two nights we booked as the place was far short of minimal expectations and she refused to refund us our money. The previous reviews that rate this property and host as exceptional. I’ve stayed at exceptional properties and I question the validity of the reviews on this property. I looked at the reviews when booking and chose it based on that. The host did offer to come clean the property, however we had already left and the place should be fully cleaned prior to guests arriving. This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.

The check in process is a piece of cake. Just one email with code and instructions and you are in. There is coffee provided but there is no sweetener or creamer. I brought mine with me just to make sure I had what I needed and I’m just letting future guests know to do the same. Host was very professional and very responsive to any questions/requests we had. Would stay there again.

Location, location, location! It is a short walk to the top of Church Street which was great. It is a small studio, perfect for me, my spouse and our dog but too small to spend more than a couple of nights. Nice and clean apartment, easy parking for one car. The upstairs tenants got in late and played music but the air conditioner helped to mute it.
