The 7bed and 6 bath house was perfect for our family getaway this past week to kick off the summer. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Foot steps to the beach, pier and restaurant. Shauntelle was great with making sure we got everything we needed. There's plenty of dine ware and cooking items. Bathroom was nice and newer. Beds were real king size Beds. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out through out the house.

We just wrapped up a wonderful week at this property with 12 adults and 12 children. We rarely find a place that can accommodate all of us, and this felt so roomy – especially beneficial were the six bathrooms!I can’t say enough good things about Shauntelle. She went out of her way to take care of us, providing some extra amenities that would have been difficult for us to haul in our vehicles. She communicated with us leading up to our stay, and the virtual walk through upon arrival worked out great.The location is wonderful, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and walking/biking on the boardwalk. We were able to park 3 vehicles at the property, with a fourth nearby on Balboa Blvd.I highly recommend this property for your beach vacation – we had an absolute blast here!

We had a great time this past weekend. Shauntelle is wonderful! Great communication and VIP service. I have a small business so I appreciate the high level of service and Shauntelle is a pro. View form the balcony is great, parking is right in front of you, shops close by. The house is so roomy with so much space and so nice that there are six bathrooms. Kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. We look forward to coming back again soon. Thanks for making our stay so great and relaxing, Shauntelle.

We had a blast. We had 27 people with us and a frenchie and had plenty of room. Rooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped. View from top balcony was great. The host was very informative. We had a small issue with a couple of fans and she was right on it. Washer and dryer available but quarters only!!! So many stores , restaurants ,playground and soccer field walking distance.Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here if visiting New Port again. Thanks again!

We had an incredible stay at this oceanfront Newport Beach home while attending our daughter’s wedding. Shauntelle was exceptional—proactive, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful—making everything seamless from start to finish.The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and easily accommodated our group of 13. The beachfront location was unbeatable—we even hosted a catered brunch for 80 guests just steps from the beach house, which made for a truly special and stress-free celebration.The virtual check-in process was incredibly helpful, it walked us through the home’s features and allowed us to settle in quickly and focus on the event. Her local recommendations and VIP concierge services for dining, shopping, and activities elevated the experience to a true resort-style stay.Without a doubt, this was the best vacation rental experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommend both the home and Shauntelle’s outstanding service.

The house was wonderful for our large family reunion. It was wonderful having 2 kitchens and 6 bathrooms. We had 21 people. Shauntelle was a fabulous hostess who gave us VIP care. The beach there has perfect waves perfect for boogie boarding.

My friends and I had a great time staying here! Shauntelle, our host, did a great job and gave us a VIP treatment. She was very accommodating; working with us to give us check-in and check-out times that worked for our schedule. And the property was furnished with everything we needed! We had all the linens, bedding, and utensils we needed.The property itself is great! There were 11 of us staying there and there was more then enough room there for us all to sleep comfortably! We were there to have a board game retreat and there was more then enough room for us to have multiple games going at once. And right outside is the beach, so when we wanted to take a break from gaming we could just walk outside and relax on the beach.

Property was furnished with everything you might need. Shauntelle was very responsive when I had questions, did a great job with the welcome tour and called during the stay several times to see if there was anything we needed. Area was great for the grandkids and great grandkids. Views from the upper deck were great. I would definitely recommend this place.

Shauntelle Esposito brought a strong level of experience and care that it made the entire trip feel stress-free and personalized for our group.Shauntelle was amazing at providing and VIP experience for my group. She didn’t just make initial contact promptly—she maintained consistent, thoughtful communication leading up to and during our stay. Prior to our stay she ensured that all the items in the home were to our needs. Her insights about the home and the surrounding Newport Beach area were incredibly helpful, from local recommendations to tips that made settling in effortless.The home itself exceeded our expectations It was clean upon arrival and beautifully maintained. The room sizes were a pleasant surprise—much larger than we anticipated—which made the space feel great for such a large group.We also really appreciated the added beach amenities. Having equipment readily available made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable—no need to worry about rentals or packing extra gear. It’s a small touch that made a big difference in convenience.Overall, this was a fantastic experience. Between the high level of VIP service from Shauntelle, the thoughtful amenities, and the quality of the home, it’s a place we would absolutely return to and recommend to others.

We rented this home for my mom's milestone birthday. It is a great location, sleeps a lot of people comfortably, and has an awesome deck. The next-door neighbors were having a celebration, we were able to enjoy their live music. The host wants to please everyone and follow up quickly on any missing items. But, I have a few concerns:1. As soon as I booked the rental, Shauntelle messaged me that the rates had gone up. I really needed the specific dates and location, so I agreed to it, but it did not sit well.2. The check-in info on the VRBO app said to reach out to the owner if missing. Once I did, she emailed me to sign additional paperwork and schedule a virtual check-in. 3. Shauntelle informed me there were no hair dryers and that I should bring my own shampoo/soap/conditioner. She did not mention that the laundry is coin-operated.4. I had to drive down before my group arrived to do a video walk-through of the property with her, which took extra time out of my day.5. Parking that is listed as available in the lot in front costs 150/day. We found it free on the streets.6. She offered me a parking credit if I posted three good reviews that were sent to her first, and she reminded me that she reviews me, too.7. I refused the credit as we found free parking, but she offered me a 200 credit to write a review. I did not accept. It was an awkward situation at best. The house is a little old but clean, with comfortable beds and newer bathrooms and futons everywhere.

We had an amazing time at the Newport beach house last weekend with 10 friends to celebrate the 60th birthday for two of us. The house is beautiful, spacious, and all the beds are super comfortable. We loved the balcony and enjoyed the sunsets! It’s in the perfect location with a very short walk to the Balboa pier. We had fun taking the ferry to Balboa Island and a harbor cruise to see celebrity homes. It was easy to book through VRBO and Shauntelle made sure the house had everything we needed. She was always available if we needed anything and I was grateful she provided extra towels and blankets that we requested. We would definitely stay at this beach house again!

This was a fabulous place for our large family gathering! Shauntelle, the host, was super helpful and attentive. The location was amazing. Steps from the sand. The house had two kitchens stocked with everything you need. Plenty of linens. Slept 27 easily. Beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas were an added bonus! We would love to come stay again!
