Our fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances, including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.

Austin bbq tour

The house was adequate for 4 guys. It could definitely use additional amenities: kitchen utensils, there were no drinking glasses, drip coffee maker, lack of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Bed mattress were lacking support as well. The outside deck and seating area was really nice but there were several security cameras around the exterior of the house which made it feel uncomfortable to hangout and enjoy. All in all it worked out for our 3 day stay. Albina was a great host and very responsive. I think with a few additional amenities this house would have been fabulous.

A lot of house in a lovely neighborhood

We had a lovely stay in this house. There was a previous review about rodents and bugs, but we didn’t see evidence of any of that inside the house. We were initially confused with the beds as none of them were dressed with top sheets but were able to find them in the linen closet. It’s a spacious house but isn’t stocked for more than a couple people. There was only one drinking glass and only a couple soup bowls, which was fine for us but seemed disproportionate to the house. This doesn’t really seem like a house that someone lives in regularly so it’s missing some creature comforts, but is a perfect stay to visit in. Shopping was really easy so we were able to get everything we needed anyway. All in all, would definitively stay in again. Albina was a wonderful host and really quick with communication.

Horrible experience! Don't Recommend!!

The property was in an unacceptable state, with a significant infestation of cockroaches of various sizes, both alive and deceased, flying throughout the room. There was also evidence of rodent feces on the floor. The lawn was not maintained, and the house had an unpleasant odor. Due to these deplorable conditions, we were unable to stay. The owner, Albina, refused to refund our money despite acknowledging a previous report of a rat inside the house by a prior tenant.

We're truly sorry to hear about your negative experience. We take guest satisfaction very seriously, and it's disheartening to learn about the issues you encountered. Please know that we've taken immediate steps to address the concerns you raised. Wild cockroaches are a part of nature here in Central Texas, and they sometimes get into the house. A pest control service was promptly dispatched to the property to thoroughly treat the area. We've also implemented additional preventative measures to ensure such incidents don't happen again. However, we were surprised to read about the issues you encountered, particularly regarding the mice or rats. We never had them in our home. We take great pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. We regularly inspect the property and implement measures to prevent rodent and pest infestations. And using such serious claims to get a refund it's not nice. Especially while having no evidence.

This neighborhood is nice and quite. You can feel yourself close to the nature, and at the same time near Pflugerville downtown and with pretty good commute to downtown Austin.
