• GARBAGE POLICY: As a rural property, pickup is once per week. Guests are responsible for taking any remaining garbage/recycling home with them.
• SECURITY: The property is monitored by exterior security cameras for your peace of mind.
• SMOKING: Strictly no indoor smoking of any kind
