Great property!!!

We had a great stay at the property in Wilmington. The house is clean, beds are comfy, and location is convenient to the beach and downtown.

The house was located near restaurants and grocery stores making the location convenient. My family was very comfortable with the space and rooms provided.

Check in was seamless, responded to messages very quickly. This place is great for families who are coming to UNCW for visits and parents weekend. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out.

It was a great choice, centrally located. This was a bonus as we were showing family around. Our host Andre was wonderful. We had a couple of questions and she was very prompt in answering them. There was plenty of room for us and thr kitchen was fabulous. It was fully equipped for us to cook.we throughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property!!

Great weekend with my girls to celebrate my daughter’s impending wedding! This property was perfect location - didn’t take long to get anywhere! The beach and downtown were just a short drive away.

Perfect Birthday Weekend!

Loved our 3 night stay and highly recommend this home to folks visiting Wilmington! It’s so close to downtown Wilmington where we spent our evenings enjoying great food and spirits. The house had everything we needed. Our host was fabulous and a great communicator! We loved the beds and slept so well!!! The place is cute and clean. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Nice clean place

The property had everything we needed and was very clean. Loved having a wash machine and dryer with detergent. The location is convenient but neighbors are a little sketchy. There is a strong weed odor in one of the bedrooms that dissipates during the day, but comes back at night. Not the owners fault, everything in thier control was very good and they were super responsive.
