Relax with the whole family at this peaceful and cozy place to stay. It is a house with three bedrooms and three baths. Once you book, you`ll have all the space to yourself and your guests! It is located near Bermar Shopping Center with shops and dining restaurants all within 5 to 10 minutes drive, about 15-20 minutes to Downtown Denver, and 30 minutes to Boulder. Come stay with us and let us host you and your guests!

Very nice house. Could of used a book with instructions on how to use things like the smart TV (for us old people) and so all the people in the house had the rules not just one. The smart mirror in the bathroom was irritating. Overall the house was great for what we needed. Thank you for hosting us.

This property is not great, a bunch of extra old miss mismatched furniture, a backyard with cigarette butts all over, broken down RVs and a worker who tried to fight me for asking them to move their car.Later on, I found them in the RV in the back of the house, strange to have someone in and out while staying.Miss represented here, dirty and gross.

Our home away from home.

Our stay was exceptional from pulling up to the beautiful lawn and structure. The house was restored in a way that we all enjoyed. The four spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, gaming area, dining area and the various outdoor locations were all amazing! Fantastic neighbors and lawn care provider. I will definitely recommend and return this residence as we all had a stellar experience, thank you kindly from the bottom of our hearts!

Great Family Rental

The property was just as listed and we had a great trip! Everything was clean and tidy. The space was perfect for the kids to have some space in the lower level and the adults to unwind upstairs. The owners responded quickly and provided necessary instructions. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a lot within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house but had issues

The house is nice and big, however we had several issues during our stay. There seems to be some electrical issues, in the basement the lights were flickering often and one of the breakers triggered and the fridge was off for almost 24 hours. We lost our leftovers and some freezer food that we had bought. The shower in the basement did not get hot and was unusable. The shower upstairs clogged and the water wouldn't drain and was basically unusable. The floors on the main floor creak terribly, and wake everyone up in the house if someone is walking. The owners were responsive, and offered to send people out to fix, but for a 5 day stay that was annoying. These issues should have been taken care of before we arrived. The house IS in a great location and the beds were very comfortable.

Truly a Gem

This home is in a great location and we enjoyed staying here. So much to do, see and eat within walking distance. The living rooms are perfect for a movie night and the kitchens are well equipped. It does run a bit cold and you have to double check to make sure things are clean, but the host was easy to contact and always ready to help. There’s also a bus around the corner that takes you downtown. We recommend and would stay again!

Nice place!

Super spacious home, very nice, quiet! Lots of room for large familys! Although we did not bring our dog, i believe its pet friendly and has a large outdoor fenced area.

Convenient

House has a lot of space & extremely convenient to activities, food, shopping…everything. Kitchen was ok, although not well organized. Biggest issue was lack of clear instructions for trash location & checkout instructions for linens. Other locations we have stayed, have a notebook with specific locations of trash bins & how to handle dirty linens. (Example, do/don’t strip beds.)

Lakewood central

Awesome place with plenty of space. Located close to plenty of dining and shopping, walking distance close. Nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. We had a party of five and there was always hot water. The temperature is easy to maintain in the house. All the other amenities were great as well.The owners assured us they were always a call or text away and they were. When we come back we will definitely look for the gem of Lakewood first.

Nice stay

We had a small family get together and enjoyed our stay. Kitchen is much smaller than pictured. Still not sure about some of the extra fees. Overall a good place in a great neighborhood.

Colorado Wedding

The property was well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and cooking utensils. This was important to us as we do a lot of cooking while away from home. The beds were comfortable and a pack’n play was available for my grandson. The house was located in a good neighborhood. Good shopping was within walking distance. I would definitely use this property again.

Family getaway

This house was clean and organized, with plenty of room for our family of eight! Close to the mountains, easy access to Golden and downtown Denver, the location was perfect for a variety of activities! Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time in this spacious, clean home. The beds were all very comfortable. We enjoyed having a place for adults to gather upstairs while the children hung out and played foosball in the basement. The kitchen was also well supplied.
