• Mid-stay cleans available upon request (guest expense)
• Routine maintenance (trash, yard care, etc.) may occur during your stay
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
