Our onsite concierges, open 9 am to 5 pm, will greet/welcome you and are available to assist you with activities, dining & spa recommendations, transportation, and even pre-arrival grocery packages. A complimentary garage parking spaces is available with this unit along with stand-up-paddle boards, kayaks & beach chairs + umbrellas: all can be coordinated through the team. 24/7 security desks are on property overseeing building access.
Other things to note
A facility fee of $310 MXN Pesos per night/per unit (equivalent in USD ~$18/night depending FX) is collected at check-in paid to the HOA. F&B tabs are cleared by credit card at checkout with a 3.5% credit card processing fee as cash isn't accepted.

Children under 3 are not allowed, ages 4 to 12 generally aren't recommended for the quiet nature of the building as running/jumping/splashing/yelling aren't allowed and kiddos love to do. The rooftop pool allows only ages 13+

The building does have a water purification system and the HOA & maintains a non-smoking policy. However, there may be occasional instances where smoke from a neighboring unit is noticeable. All the rooms completely open to the outside and thus are well-ventilated in high/shoulder seasons with sea breezes, creating a comfortable and fresh atmosphere.

The Queen and King mattresses in Mexico are slightly smaller than their American counterpart (about a foot shorter).

Location Notes:
You'll love the exclusive & quiet private accommodations of the Orchid, and when you're ready to hit the town shopping, restaurants & nightlife - the Romantic Zone/Old Town/Los Muertos Beach Pier is a 15 minute walk along the beach. This path has a few hills with hiking-type steps that is recommended in daylight hours. Uber/Taxi/In-drive app is always a sure bet for $4-$5 variable with the time of day. The street level reception desk will also help radio for a taxi.
