The location is unbeatable - you will be close to the Southern Dunes Golf Course, Disney World, Legoland, lakes, major roadways and interstate, and major retail stores.

This two-story home is perfect no matter the season you decide to visit - it has a private heated outdoor pool, which will be wonderful either in summer or winter. Central AC throughout and an electric fireplace in the living room add even more convenience to your stay. The first floor of the home has an open floor plan - the living room is beautifully appointed with comfortable sofas, an electric fireplace, and a smart TV with Roku app with the spectrum, Hulu, and Netflix. All TVs in the home are smart TVs. The adjoining eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances needed to prepare mouth-watering meals and a four-person dining table. Access the covered patio through sliding glass doors and unwind in the comfortable lounge area. From here, you and your beloved group can also access the screened heated outdoor pool with four beach chairs.

The first floor also features one bedroom with a smart TV, a full bathroom with a tub/shower, and a designated laundry room with a washer/dryer. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs. All bedrooms have smart TVs. The main bedroom has an en suite bath with double vanity, a soaking tub, and a standalone shower.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
