A real gem on beautiful Anna Maria Island!
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom is nestled uniquely between Palma Sola Bay to the East and the Gulf of Mexico to the West.
The condo complex at Runaway Bay boasts a fishing pier and a short 4-minute stroll to private beach access on the Gulf side leading to the immaculate six miles of white sandy beaches.

Enjoy the sunrise each morning while enjoying your fresh brewed coffee. In the afternoons you can enjoy the dolphins playing in the bay. Manatees can also be spotted.

You will enjoy the largest heated swimming pool on the island, a first-class tennis/pickleball court, fitness room, a sauna, a large and welcoming clubhouse, a Bocce ball court, shuffleboard court, and picnic tables and outdoor grills.
All of this is just minutes from a variety of dining options, historic Bridge Street, Gulf and Bay fishing, bicycle and walking paths, and many fine shops for must-have souvenirs and everyday essentials. You can also find bicycle and kayak rental options, or tee off on the public golf courses in the area.

The condo is fully equipped so you and your family can enjoy a home-away-from-home. Prepare delicious meals in a bright, open kitchen while sipping an evening cocktail. Or grill outdoors on one of the charcoal grills.

Everything about our stay was superb! The condo had everything one could want for a home away from home. The apartment was furnished so comfortably with a true"beachy" vibe. Wonderful Coastal Location

We enjoyed our stay. Especially thankful for 2 helpful experiences — we had trouble with the lock one night and the owner contacted us immediately, and I left some clothes in the unit when we left. Got a call 15 minutes later so could easily return to retrieve. Very thoughtful!!!

Beautiful Anna Maria Condo

This condo has it all….beautiful home with everything you need to make you feel like you are at home, everything you would need for the beach-chairs-umbrellas-wagon, short walk to beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, beautiful view-we saw dolphins every day! The owners were always very friendly and got to back to us quickly. Will definitely be staying here again!

Unwind in Comfort

Linda is an amazing host. Condo is clean, spacious, and well stocked. First rental we stayed and didn't have to buy every supply needed. Property is quiet and neighbors are so nice. Excellent communication with Linda. Close to many beaches to visit. By far, this was our favorite stay. We hope to visit again.

Amazing Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at this condo. Linda and Randall were the perfect hosts and very responsive. The condo is as described, and the location is great. You can walk or ride a bike to most any place you want to go. We enjoyed watching the dolphins, jumping fish, blue herons, egrets, pelican, etc. from the patio. We would highly recommend a stay at this location; we definitely will return.

This condo was everything that was listed and more! It was so nice to not have to run out and purchase all the extra little things that you usually have to… Sunscreen, hand soap, shampoo, kitchen supplies, etc. These were all available and helped to make a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

A perfect condo in a perfect location

From the moment we first made contact, Linda was an amazing host. The condo is perfect with everything you need for a relaxing stay on Anna Maria. We loved the bay views for sunrise (with manatees, dolphins, pelicans, herons and an osprey to watch fishing) and the short stroll to the beach for Sunset. Bridge Street is just a few stops on the free trolley with a stop just outside Runaway Bay entrance. We hope we can come back soon, thanks for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo Linda.

Absolutely wonderful place!

The property was outstanding above and beyond accommodating. We had a small leak in the refrigerator. It wasn’t bad. I notified the owner and it was fixed that day. Other than that everything was fantastic we would definitely stay in the same facility.

Beautiful view of the bay!

Great location, beautiful and spacious condo. There were 5 adults in our group, and we never felt crowded. Everything we needed for the beach was there. Beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, etc. An added bonus was the pantry that had spices and other things you may need. It was nice to know the items we left will be useful for the next visitors. Great view and lots of wild life right outside the back door! This is a well maintained property in a quiet area. Great for older people. We'd definitely stay here again!

Amazing Vacation

Thank you so much for sharing your little peace of heaven with us. We sat on the back porch and watched dolphins, herons, cranes, and pelicans and later made the short walk to most beautiful beach. The condo is everything in the description and more. There were games, coffee, beach chairs, a cooler and umbrellas, cable and WIFI, beach towels and more. We wanted for nothing. The owners were lovely and checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. This property was like walking into a home away from home. We are already planning our trip back. Thank you again for allowing us to stay and create the most wonderful memories:)

The condo was exactly as shown on the video. Every imaginable need was met at this totally remodeled unit. Morning coffee was a joy on the patio watching a sunrise over the bay while pelicans and dolphins were always to be seen. We had the best neighbors Dorthy, Kim and their friendly dog Kiki who made us feel right at home. Very highly recommended this property !
