This second-floor, 2bd/2ba Bradenton Beach condo has a bright, open & airy floor plan with hardwood floors, elegant coastal decor, tasteful fine art, and water views from every window. The interior color scheme of this condo will remind you of a tranquil sunny day on the island; larimar blue walls, distressed white furniture, contrasted with splashes of deeper lapis-blue decor. The ambiance inspires daydreams of clouds in a blue sky, surf, or ocean mist on blue water.

The living room has plus sofa, loveseat, and a wooden coffee table nicely arranged around an entertainment center with a SmartTV. Cozy up here to stream your favorite movies or shows. Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to a screened balcony/lanai with alfresco dining for four, with views of the beach, ocean, and swimming pool. This balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy vibrant sunsets, evening cocktails, family meals, and cookouts in paradise!

Kitchen & Dining:
The modern kitchen has hardwood floors and cabinetry, granite countertops, and state-of-the-art appliances including a glass-top stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and double-basin sink. A tray ceiling with track lighting illuminates the kitchen space. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer.

This stylish kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, glassware, cutlery, coffee makers, a toaster, a spice rack, and a knife block with chef’s-caliber cutlery. The kitchen has a dinette with seating for four beside a kitchen window with glorious water views. This cafe-style table is illuminated by a stylish, minimalist pendant chandelier. Slice some fresh tropical fruit for breakfast and sit here to read the paper and sip your cafe Cubano.

The kitchen opens up to the formal dining room with a pass-through wall and breakfast bar with stool seating for two. This breakfast bar seating makes the kitchen space much more social and fun! Guests can join the chef for a cocktail or conversation during meal prep. The pass-through wall makes for easy and fun entertaining. The chef is never isolated from the social scene.

Just beyond the kitchen, the dining room offers a formal glass-top table with upholstered seating for six, below a simple yet stylish chandelier. Gather here with loved ones to enjoy home-cooked meals! Prepare freshly caught seafood, grill steaks, burgers, or portobellos. Add tropical flavor with some grilled pineapple, a dash of mango, or citrus. Add a tray of chips and a bowl of homemade guacamole.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

This luxurious second-story island condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite has a luxurious king-size bed with matching nightstands and reading lamps. There’s a spacious closet, and a bureau with a SmartTV. Rhythms of ocean surf will lull you to sleep in this primary suite with such a soothing color scheme of teal, cerulean, and larimar blue.

This primary suite has an ensuite bath, with a single-sink granite vanity, large well-lit mirror, and custom tiled tub/shower combo. Sliding glass doors from this primary suite open directly out to the covered lanai/balcony with alfresco dining.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, a center nightstand with a reading lamp, a small closet, a bureau and large mirror, a wardrobe, and an ensuite full bathroom with single-sink granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. This bedroom has a picture window overlooking the gulf, and tropical color scheme of conch-shell pink and larimar blue.

The free island Trolley stops right out front of this condo complex. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! In addition to the free trolleys, locals and visitors alike can travel up and down the island for exceptional quality seafood restaurants and coastal living shops via bike, golf cart, kayak, or boat.

This area offers a great variety of boat tours, fishing charters, parasailing, scuba diving, and Golf among many other exciting activities. The Island in the Sun is Florida’s best kept secret.
