Property is shared with a main house and guest house which is rented to guests. There will be various people coming and going on the property due to both properties being rented.

This property uses a well system for the water. This can cause the water to have a unique smell. We assure you the water is safe to drink and use.

For stays longer than a month, monthly cleanings are required and it is $125 cleaning fee per month.
