Vista de la conservación, jardín privado, piscina y spa ..... así es como usted dice ahhhhh !!!

Lakeside villa se encuentra en la tranquila comunidad de Westridge, junto a la autopista 27 y está cerca de todo. Sólo unos pocos minutos en coche de las atracciones locales .... supermercado, tiendas, restaurantes y entretenimiento.

Nuestra villa es una hermosa 4 dormitorios y 2 baños con una vista de la conservación espectacular de la piscina / spa y Lanai área privada. Nuestro patio es de madera vallada como para ser totalmente privada y no pasar por alto por los vecinos.

Vamos a dar un paseo por la villa y explorar todas las comodidades increíbles de la villa tiene para ofrecer. Hay un montón de espacio para descansar y relajarse en las salas de estar y de la familia, recientemente remodelado. La cocina es el centro de la actividad, ya que está totalmente equipada para incluso los mejores chefs y ofrece acceso directo a la sala comedor, sala familiar y puertas de patio que se abren a la terraza.

Bien equipada 4 dormitorios con un televisor de pantalla plana en cada una- Las habitaciones incluyen un rey, una reina, y dos habitaciones dobles, así como un baño de invitados y baño en suite dejar un montón de opciones para dormir, así como conseguir lejos de todo .

No se olvide de los elementos de la zona de juegos mejorados - mesa de billar, futbolín y air hockey, su noche de diversión familiar cada noche.

Great villa with lovely outlook

Villa had all the facilities we needed and was as described in the listing. The outlook at the rear is to a lake and conservation area which is very nice. The areas is quiet and close to US27 so easy to get around.

Wonderful House

Any minor problems and Lou and Fran we're right on it. I would highly recommend this house. The pool and hot tub we're so comfortable. We can't wait to rent this house again. Thank you for an amazing stay Lou and Fran.

Would have gone with 5 stars if the pool was heated. House was very clean and owner worked with is for late departure. Just wish pool was heat surprised at how cold it was for 85 degrees. Would stay at house again. Ag

Fantastic!

Fabulous property and vendors. After a long, tiring journey, we walked into an immaculate property - all dressed for Christmas (which I loved!). The property has great feel. We enjoyed the peaceful location, trees, birds and a few wildlife locals we enjoyed viewing from a safe distance . The vendors were super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process, thank goodness - as VRBO’s payment and messaging issues were very stressful for all. Thank you again Louis and Fran

Peaceful Neighborhood/ Clean Home

The home was clean and spacious. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood with the private back yard and screened in pool. We frequently utilize VRBO to vacation and this home had everything we required to enjoy our stay.

Ideal for family vacation

This property was a great place to reconnect with our family. We enjoyed the pool and spa, played games, put a puzzle together, shared meals, and found some time to hit the theme parks. The property manager was the best, very helpful with all our questions. Would definitely refer friends to this property and manager!

Family Getaway

Great property to stay at with the kids. Within traveling distance of everything that we wanted to get to. Kids (6,8,10) had a great time swimming in the pool and using the game room. Lots of space and great location with secluded backyard.

Great Place

Great place, loved the privacy...house was clean and was just what we saw in the photos. We were asked to wash bedding, towels etc however no laundry soap was provided, so we were able to wash the towels with our own soap. All the other VRBO homes we have stayed at supplies the soap, which we would only use for the "house" stuff anyways as our daughter can only use a certain brand for her clothes due to allergies. Also, game room would have been fun however the only pool stick provided was already broken. Overall, great house, great location!!!! Thanks for making our vacation a great one!!

Perfect family rental

We just stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a wonderful time. It was my family of 4 (including two kids) and the grandparents. The house had everything we needed and was clean on arrival. Aside from the hot tub/pool, my main reason for booking was the responsiveness of the owner. He responded to any questions (both before and after booking) nearly immediately. I would definitely recommend this property!

My spouse and I plus a friend booked this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary. From booking to check-out everything was perfect. The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The house was perfect and just as pictured. The pool and spa were great to come back to from the parks and get in. Easy access to the parks. Really quiet neighborhood.

2021 Family Vacation

Our family vacation stay was July 13th through the 20th, 2021. The house was inviting and very comfortable. The kids had fun in the pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the refrigerator, but it looked like it was well stocked with dishes and pots & pans. We had a family of 5 staying there and we had plenty of room and even an extra bedroom with twin beds that went unused. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Low Key Location

Very convenient location for families that want a quiet place to relax after a busy day. Very easy drive to the parks. The drive back was always a little slower due to traffic. 25 minutes to the parks and 40-45 minutes back. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked if you are interested in cooking meals. Plenty of room to relax and the pool area is nice. The pond in back does have a small alligator but was never a concern. Overall an enjoyable place to stay.

Nice place to stay

The house is super big and the pool is awesome and the temperature was great my 2 year old loved it! The beds need to get replace, but overall I recommend to stay here.

Lots of space for a family to spread out. Pool and pond made the place very relaxing

Wonderful to have 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, spacious dining, and a pool table in the garage:) TVs galore as well. The pool was heated but the weather was typical for Florida in that it didn't do what we wanted and it got down to the mid 60s and windy (mid March) making the pool difficult to enjoy at times. Also, there was a playground/park in the subdivision we were planning to visit with our little kids but the windy weather was a deterrent. There are plenty of stores nearby for whatever you forget or plan to buy once in the area (my preferred way to travel). This is a self-cater property which means you need to bring your own of EVERYTHING disposable. Good find :)

Great, clean, well equipped villa for a family stay. Fabulous private outlook!

We've stayed in a couple of different villas in Davenport but this was our favourite so far! Very clean, well equipped villa. We cooked loads on the fab BBQ in the pool area. The highlight of the property has to be the pool (we had it heated - bliss!) and the view from the back yard/garden (a lovely outlook onto a lake and woodland area). You really aren't overlooked at all. Lou and Fran are very attentive owners and nothing is too trouble! We will definitely return and will recommend to our friends and family!

Fantastic Villa - Great Location

This is a lovely villa. There is lots of space in the villa to spread out and relax ( there was 4 of us). TV's in each bedroom (perfect for my daughters!), two great seating areas, good kitchen (if your planning to cook!) and overall exactly what we needed as a family. The villa was clean and tidy and the outside area is really well taken care off. The pool area is one of our favourite places. The pool is a great size and the covered area lets you sit out and enjoy the weather with a little shade. Outside is so peaceful and we hardly every heard our neighbours. The villa is situated is a quiet area but is in a great position to get to Disney or Universal and the I4 is only about 10 minutes away. Nearby is a Walmart, Publix and Walgreen , and lots of places to eat. We find it a perfect area for us. We love this villa and the owner (Lou) is truly fantastic, really friendly and so willing to help. Whenever we had a question or problem it was dealt with immediately. Such a lovely family and this helped make our stay such a great experience. Overall we love this villa , the setting, the position, the owner -everything for us is brilliant and we would highly recommend this villa.
