Dos dormitorios en el piso principal tienen cada uno 1 cama doble. Las dos habitaciones de arriba tienen cada una 2 gemelos. Bien equipadas con muebles nuevos y pisos de madera. Colchones Queen reemplazados en la primavera de 2016 por Serta Perfect Sleeper Concierge Suite II, lujosos colchones. El hogar cuenta con HDTV de 46 "con TV por cable, Blu-Ray / DVD, 5. 1 sistema de sonido Dolby Digital, WiFi y XBOX 360 con Kinect. Lavadora y secadora hace que sus vacaciones sean un poco más f��ciles. Juegos de mesa y bumper pool para diversión de día lluvioso

Bonito porche envolvente para disfrutar del aire libre. Parrilla de carbón y comedor al aire libre. Fácil de caminar a la playa y al puerto deportivo por calles tranquilas arboladas. Disfrute de esta encantadora área: diviértase en los festivales locales, que incluyen el Leelanau Wine & Food Festival y el Dog Parade. ¡Asegúrate de tomar un rollo de canela en Barb's Bakery!

Esta maravillosa zona vale la pena conducir! Viaje al norte desde Suttons Bay a lo largo del corredor M-22 que se curva alrededor de la bahía a través de viñedos y huertos hasta la pintoresca ciudad de Northport. A unos 45 minutos de Sleeping Bear Dunes o de Traverse City. Justo al norte de Northport hay senderos para caminatas y el parque estatal Leelanau.

This was a perfect place to stay us, four couples in town for a wedding. Beautiful clean house, just the right size for our group. So well maintained and close to everything! We really enjoyed our morning walks by the water and going out to breakfast. We enjoyed the kitchen and a big dining room table that we could all gather around. The porch was lovely especially in early September. We would definitely stay here again.

Northport is a real community with farmer's market, grocery, Barb's bakery, harbor, beaches, lovely gardens, shops, and a short drive to Michigan beaches. The Leelanau Peninsula and surrounds provide a variety of Villages, beaches, and parks to explore. And so many activities for the entire family!! We have all loved our time in Northport.

House very nice. House keeping did not sweep or vacuum floors before we got there but the rest of house ( kitchen/bathrooms were spotless). Location great close to beach and town.

We enjoy laid back North Port with its charming stores, gardens, beach and access to Michigan beaches. Disappointing Return Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the last 20 years, we have stayed in this house about 10 times. The house, porch, deck, and location are excellent, but the management and upkeep are not. When we arrived three days after the trash had last been collected, we found the garbage bin near the street filled to the top with old trash; the management company addressed that by sending someone out to remove about a third of the trash but left the bin on the street for us to bring in. Unlike past visits, there were no instructions in the house on how to operate anything. When we asked how to operate the coffee maker, the management company told us to send them a photo so they could Google it. (We did it ourselves.) We became frustrated trying to adjust the heat and AC on a Nest that kept locking and asking for a 4-digit PIN; only after we called were we told how to avoid that. Water had been left in the coffeemaker and one light was out in the kitchen; when we asked for a replacement bulb, they brought the wrong kind. My wife and I couldn’t use either queen bed on the main floor because those mattresses are now like concrete slabs, so we ended up sleeping all week in two single beds upstairs. The house has many happy memories for us, but this was a disappointing visit.

We loved this house!

Reviewer Comments: An excellent location that is within a few blocks of the beach, the marina, the town's one grocery store, and its half-dozen dining choices. Clean and quiet, with both a porch to sit on and an outside dining area. Our only two issues were that the coffee machine needs to be replaced as it is old and stained, and the lack of ice cube trays in the freezer.

Loved the location, we walked everywhere! We went to the beach, pickleball courts, Barbs, NPG, The Mitten, Yard and Lake, Music in the Park, Icd Cream, Dog Parade, rented e-bikes and of course Tom’s for anything and everything we needed! What I liked best about the cottage was the front porch and back deck and the side yard was big enough for yard games that we brought. I’d definitely rent again!

Our second stay at Northport Retreat in North Port

One block from the beach two blocks to town, grocery and harbor. North Port is a small, quiet, friendly town located away from traffic and congestion. Charming homes and yards with flowers. Free Saturday night band concert. Relaxing and beautiful. A quiet retreat at the end of many adventure filled days.

Wonderful Fall Getaway

The house is located on a quiet side street within a few minutes’ walk of all the shops, bars and restaurants in Northport. It was very clean and well furnished and quite spacious for 8 people. Northport is nicely situated for touring Leelanau Peninsula wineries. We would definitely consider another visit in the future. We wished we could have made more use of the two porches as the weather in October was cool and a little wet.

Cute little beachy home

It was close to town, close to the other properties that others were staying at, and close to the beach! You could even see the water at the end of our street! Everyone in the area is very friendly. I would highly recommend the community of Northport to anyone who wants a quiet getaway with friends and family. This house was just the icing on the cake. Lots of room for everyone who was there, and for friends to come over for a visit. Great outdoor seating. A cute little kitchen to cook in. Lots of dining space. If we head back up anytime soon, we will definitely be staying here again.

Charming, immaculate home in quiet North Port

Reviewer Comments: Our family of seven, four adults and three children spent a week in this charming, immaculate home located two blocks from the local beach and downtown North Port. The neighborhood is quiet and homes well maintained with lovely gardens. We could view the stars at night and take a short drive to local park to view sunset over Lake Michigan. House was immaculate with well stocked kitchen. Lovely porch for reading and conversations and beautiful flower gardens. Deck with table and six chairs made for eating outdoors. Family enjoyed playing bumper pool in the house and attended the free Friday night concert at the North Port harbor. We have been vacationing on the Leelanau Peninsula for 12 years and this location provided great access to all our favorite destinations. We hope to return next summer as this was a very special home located in such a friendly, welcoming community.

Had a minor HVAC issue - but they were all over getting it remedied quickly. Other than that, lovely place & great time in Northport.
