Crystal View 304 is a Destin vacation condo located in Miramar Beach with stunning views and all the essential amenities for a paradise getaway. The third-floor condo features an open floor plan, sunny interiors, and a wraparound balcony with Gulf views. With three bedrooms, it can host up to 10 guests. Because it’s pet-friendly, you can also bring your dog along, as well!

The open great room is characterized by walls of large windows that overlook the beach. With the windows, you not only enjoy great views but lots of natural light as well. The living area is tucked beside one of these windows. It features two plush couches and two sea-inspired armchairs. The seating ensemble encircles an abstract rug and a hardwood drink table. A flatscreen TV is mounted above a rustic cabinet. Tile floors extend into the dining area, where a round table and six chairs sit beneath a modern chandelier. Adjacent to the dining area is the angled kitchen bar and raised wicker chairs. The kitchen is painted a tasteful blue, while the white cabinetry offers an elegant contrast. The kitchen includes spacious stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a chic tile backsplash. From this open great room, guests can access the beach-facing balcony through a set of glass doors. The balcony is furnished with several tables and chairs, creating a relaxing space for watching the waves and taking advantage of the perfect Destin air.

Each of the condo’s three bedrooms boast king-size beds, so no need to fight over the best room! The primary suite has a king-size bed, a dedicated desk for remote work, a reading chair, TV, and balcony access. In the ensuite bath, you will find a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and double vanities. One of the guest bedrooms includes both a king-size bed and twin bunk nook, to accommodate up to four vacationers. The room also has a sunny window, mirrored closet, TV, and ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The remaining guest bedroom features a king-size bed with a tufted blue headboard and checkered yellow-and-white bedding. A window, TV, and white dresser complete the space. This bedroom has access to a full hall bath with a tub/shower combination.

Besides the comfortable accommodations, one of the best parts of the Crystal View complex is its close proximity to the beach. It is less than a one-minute stroll from the property, meaning lots of beach time during your vacation! As guests, you also receive free seasonal beach service. Other condo amenities include a refreshing swimming pool and community BBQ grill.

In addition to the amenities, the condo’s Miramar Beach location places it close to several restaurants, shops, and entertainment hubs. Some of the closest (and tastiest) restaurants include the beachfront Pompano Joe’s and Crab Trap, as well as Fat Clemenza’s on Emerald Coast Parkway. Silver Sands Premium Outlets offers great discount shopping about two miles away. Other nearby must-visit spots include Seascape Resort for golf and tennis, the Village of Baytowne Wharf for family-friendly fun, and Grand Boulevard for upscale shopping and dining.
