Crystal View se encuentra directamente al otro lado de Scenic Hwy 98 desde el acceso a la playa privada y cientos de yardas de hermosa playa de arena blanca azucarada. Solo 16 unidades comparten este edificio de cuatro pisos. Cuenta con estacionamiento fuera de la calle y piscina, junto con esa playa privada con 2 sillas y una sombrilla para usted todos los días de la temporada.

Crystal View está convenientemente ubicado en Scenic Hwy 98 aproximadamente a medio camino entre Destin Commons y Silver Sands Factory Stores, por lo que está a solo minutos de distancia de tiendas, el cine y varios restaurantes. Pompano Joe's es un excelente bar y restaurante junto a la playa que se encuentra a muy, muy corto paseo por el camino pavimentado de 5 millas en bicicleta / caminar / trotar. Pompano es también un gran lugar para voleibol de playa y varios alquileres para parasailing y kayaks.

Las vistas al agua desde su cocina, comedor, sala de estar y dormitorio principal. La unidad es de 1,713 pies cuadrados con tres habitaciones con camas king en cada una, tres baños completos, techos de 10 pies con plano de planta abierto. Tiene una gran cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que necesitará para preparar esos desayunos y almuerzos fáciles o una gran cena elegante. Lo mejor de todo es que aceptamos mascotas y puedes llevarla contigo. El balcón solo mide casi 500 pies cuadrados y se envuelve alrededor del condominio con múltiples áreas de descanso para que los huéspedes disfruten de un libro, cenen o disfruten de las vistas del Golfo. No hay mejor lugar para observar a las aves marinas y los delfines pasar tranquilamente desde este pequeño pedazo de paraíso.

Amazing Beach House

Perfect location just steps away from the beach and near by the outlets for shopping. Very roomy inside and fit our large group of 7 comfortably. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Will stay there again!

Fall Break

2 families with 3 total kids and 2 dogs and we had plenty of room. Walk to the beach is perfect as you are just a few steps away with the beach access directly across from you. Everything about the property was as advertised. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding Condo!!!

This was our first visit to Destin. It is everything that we had hoped it would be. This Condo was exactly how it was indicated on the description. It was beautifully decorated, had a partial view of the beach/ocean and perfect for our two families with daughters 10-15 years old. We will definitely be returning to Destin and hopefully this Condo.

Perfect location

With the beach just across the road and the pool within steps, this rental was perfect for our family. The floors were not the cleanest, but I know it’s hard with all the sand. There is a little issue with ants, but nothing that some cans of spray didn’t take care of. The beach and water was more beautiful than ever.

Love the layout and plenty of space for 4 adults and 6 little ones! There was def some overall wear and tear so if you are super pristine this may not be the best choice for you, but for us with 6 kids under 10 it was perfect. Less time stressing , more time making memories . Huge patio made for great outdoor space . We will be back!

Excellent, spacious condo we liked everything about it except for the ants. To be fair to the owners, we should have notified them immediately but instead tried our best to control the ants but were not successful. We liked it enough to give it a five star rating even with those ants which were terrible!

Fun Family Beach Vacation

We have been coming to MIrimar Beach for about 16 years. This is our first time staying at Crystal View. We LOVED everything about it. The condo was the perfect size, the huge patio was amazing! Our dogs loved going out there with us as well! Being so close to the beach was awesome! We were just a few steps away! The pool was never crowded and it was so clean! There is a special place where our dogs could go walk and do their business. 😂 We also loved being so close to Pompano Joe’s! It was just the best experience all around! We will definitely be back!

Summer 2021

This was one of the best condos we’ve stayed at in Miramar. The condo is spacious and conveniently located on first floor directly across street from beach. My only complaint is that the beach entrance gate lock was completely missing and the private beach was not so private, especially bring located right next door to public beach access. However the designated chairs and umbrella guaranteed us prime beach space, just had to deal with public setting up directly in front of us a few days when tide was low.

We've been vacationing in Destin for 4 years now, and this was by far our favorite place to stay!! The condo is very spacious, the pictures don't do it justice! We had 3 families and plenty of room with each family having their own bathroom. It is beautifully decorated, neat, and clean. The location is extremely convenient to the beach, making the short walk across the street an easy one. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The only problem we encountered was the parking. Although we had parking passes, there were not enough parking spaces to accommodate all guests. We had to park in handicap spaces and along the fence several times, but never got a ticket, so all was well. I highly recommend Crystal View 103!! We will definitely return!!

Nice condo with private beach access

Upon arrival we found the place clean and spacious. This condo is great for families that are traveling with with children and pets. I usually don't book across the street from the beach but found this to be a no problem at Chrystal View. If there happened to be traffic they would stop for you at the crosswalk every time. The private beach was something that I wasn't accustomed to but I really enjoyed smaller crowds. The beach service is first come first serve so I got up early each morning and put my towels down on the front row chairs. You can sleep in and still get a front row spot with your own umbrella and chairs on the private beach. Everyone reported that the beds were clean and comfortable. Showers and baths worked fine with good pressure. We cooked 2 meals inside the condo and I used the outdoor grill to cook hamburgers and hotdogs one evening. There are a few minor things that we suggest for the kitchen. The blender is out of date and needs an upgrade. There were 2 coffee makers in the unit. A Keurig and an older filter style. Both are older and I suggest an upgrade to 1 newer Keurig. The ladies tell me that they couldn't find any pot holders in the unit when they were preparing meals. No big deal these were minor compared to all of the good things about this unit. The pool is smaller but we enjoyed it and never felt crowded there either. The proximity to Pompano Joe's was great! I ate several grouper sandwiches and oysters there and they were great!

Our Family Vacation

Everything was wonderful about our stay in Destin. We love Destin! As a matter of fact, we have stayed in this exact unit # 103 at least three previous times. We have also stayed in other units at Crystal View over the years. The only thing I have to complain about is the condo was not clean. Management needs to hire a cleaning service that knows how to clean. Whoever did this cleaning is not professional. I called a couple of hours after we had arrived because there was so much sand on the floor in the master bedroom. There was sand on the day bed in the master bedroom. There was sand on the bunk beds and in the other bedroom. There was dirt on the sheets in the other bedroom. It looked as if they dropped the sheets on the floor, picked them up, and put them on the bed. The floors were clearly not mopped. If they had been mopped, there wouldn't have been that much sand. There was a dead roach bug on the kitchen floor in the corner. If they had mopped, they would have seen this.

Solid Space

This first-floor condo in the Crystal View building is a solid condo. It's the second unit in this building in which we have stayed. We like the layout, and it was easy to navigate and get used to. A king bed in each room is awesome, and is one of the main reasons we selected this unit over comparable ones. The balconies were under construction while we were there (we knew they would be going into it), so we were unable to use it, even with us being on the first floor. Kind of a bummer, but again, we knew about that ahead of time. The only things "wrong" with the unit were minor items that just need a little sprucing up or maintenance. I wouldn't consider any of these show stoppers or reasons you shouldn't rent this unit: - Half the dining room chairs didn't have pads. - The refrigerator had a few door bins that were unstable. - There was cabinet door hinge that was busted - We had trouble figuring out the overhead light in one bedroom - When we arrived, a breaker for the living room circuit was already tripped; had to reset it myself (thought something like that would have been checked) - There was no salt or pepper shakers (most other units we've stayed in had that -- didn't realize it until we went to make eggs one morning !!) - Construction crew equipment made for limited parking. So glad the building wasn't full when we went. Great things about the unit/building: - Amazing location. Steps from the beach - Great views when balconies are available - Bed was very comfortable - Bathrooms were plentiful and convenient - Starter supplies of household items was great. This comment is directed more at the building management, I guess..??? Crystal View must use the same company for beach chair rentals as does Maravilla. The gentleman working our area was RARELY there, and they often borrowed chairs from our area to take to the very crowded Maravilla section down the beach. We didn't have any issues, luckily. We're glad there was always a chair set available for us and we didn't have any service needs or other issues. Maravilla was definitely taking up most of his time. Bottom line: 5-stars; solid rental; minor issues that shouldn't keep you from renting!
